Easy Steak Fingers and Homemade Gravy //Hard to Beat ❤️

- Yummy Steak Fingers!!! If you you want a fantastic easy meal that your whole family will love, this is it. This is one of those meals that hit the hungry spot and are hearty, I love making these for my grandkids, because I know they’re gonna love them. You can serve these with anything you like, I love to serve them with fries and Texas toast, but they are delicious alone too. You don’t need many ingredients to make these delicious Steak Fingers, especially when you have some of my homemade Seasoning Salt, because it’s got everything you need so I hope you give them a try. ❤️

INGREDIENTS----
3/4 lb Beef Cubed Steak (lean)
1 1/2 C. All purpose flour
1 3/4 Tbsp Seasoning Salt (use your favorite)
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper (optional)
WET INGREDIENTS---------
1 Beaten Egg
1 C. Buttermilk
1/4 tsp baking Soda
GRAVY INGREDIENTS------
4 Tbsp oil ( same you used to fry Steak Fingers)
4 Tbsp All purpose flour
2 C. Milk
Pepper as needed
Seasoning Salt as needed
* YOU CAN MAKE YOUR BUTTERMILK WITH 1 C. MILK AND 1 TBSP REGULAR WHITE VINEGAR. (let sit 5 minutes before using.

I watched your chicken soup video, but wanted to do my chicken soup. However, your tip on searing the chicken first made all the difference in the taste! I will be doing this from now on.
I know you like a little sweet potato in your soup, but you much also try some parsnips. They also add some sweetness to chicken dishes.

@@dmartin1203 Yes, but usually I just leave the steaks whole. IDK why I don't make these more often, tho, b/c they not only cook faster but there's more yummy crust surrounding each piece.

Steak sticks are a go to 4 my family,I make mashed potatoes and corn fried in a little butter with chopped onion & jalapeño...so tasty!

I've never really been a cubed steak fan, mainly because I didn't really know how to prepare them. I followed Rachel's lead on this video and made these for dinner last night and they were outstanding! I added spices to my liking and they were so delicious. A side of mashed potatoes and squash and it was a delicious meal. I'll do this again and again. I finally have a way I enjoy eating cubed steak. Thank you Rachel for the idea and the video! Been a big fan of Finger steaks and French fries every since I was first introduced to them in a bar in Boise,Idaho over 40 years ago. Best with cocktail sauce and your favorite beer.

oh my, I can't believe it! My husband just requested steak fingers just prior to this post, these look so darn good! My husband suffers from chronic pancreatitis, so I will fry these in the air frier to save on fat intake, but that will be my only modification, thank you again for another great recipe tutorial and share.
