You have a gift for cooking and baking. Whatever you make turns out so beautiful. Tilapia is my favorite fish so this recipe is a must try. I can't say enough wonderful things about you. I didn't measure any of the ingredients, didn't have corn starch, used cayenne pepper instead of chili powder (same thing right?), and pan fried it in a few tbsp of olive oil. It STILL turned out phenomenal. This recipe is idiot proof and delicious easy 10/10
