    One another IMPORTANT tip by me: DONT touch the plate! clean it with isopropanol - and dont touch it. the oil on your skin will make spots, where no things stick ^^

    I have the Kobra Neo model and this solved my issue completely. I guess Anycubic didn't take into account that the magnetic plate would be a bit cooler than the heating bed.

    I’m sure you’ve figured it out by now, but when setting the temps you can click the number and type it in, as opposed to hitting the + - button repeatedly. Thanks for the video, I’m going to try a higher bed temp.

    Hey did you figure out cura yet? It's not too bad if it's an STL file you just loaded up in cura and then hit splice and save it to the disc. If you load up the manual from the thumb drive it has some settings that you insert into cura so it works with our printer

    Did you have any issues getting the filament to feed in? I can't get it to feed into the extruder.

    • @lowtechredneck
      @lowtechredneck  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      As matter of fact I did you have to cut the end of the filament at an angle bend a little bit so that I can find the hole on the other side of the extruder you may have to poke it in and out a few times until it actually makes it in the hole and then just push it through until it starts to melt

    Dude, can you help me plz.
    I am having the issue that the filament comes out perfectly, when you fill it in, but as soon as you start to print it smears a bit on the bed and then nothing comes out anymore...
    I calibrated everything as in the manual described, I watched videos, read forums. Nothing helps.
    Maertz filament, same printer as yours and it is brandnew.
    What do I do wrong?

    • @lowtechredneck
      @lowtechredneck  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      weird sounds like either nozzle is clogged or nozzle to close to build plate..tbh i got rid of that printer and got a bambu p1p for like 600 bucks. a 9hr print on youre will take 1 1/2 hour on the bambu look it up un you tube still have some problems but it is 1000% better than the one you have

    • @Kivas_Fajo
      @Kivas_Fajo 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@lowtechredneck Well, this is my frist 3-D-printer; obviously and I want to get a print from this one first, before buying one for 4 times the money.
      I don't care about how long something takes to print.
      Not yet anyway.
      Nozzle clogged cannot be, because it just dripped normally until the printing starts, then it appears clogged, because nothing leaves the extruder or next to nothing.
      I tried to play with z-offset, but no matter what I calibrate, it is either smearing the PLA on the bed or doesn't extrude at all.
      I am not far away from throwing that piece of junk in the trash...

    • @lowtechredneck
      @lowtechredneck  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@Kivas_Fajo i had an ender 3 that drove me crazy. the gear in the extruder was grinding up the filament.when it gets shaved like that it wont feed properly. chech to see if filament is feeding at all. what is nozzle temp and bed temp?

    • @Kivas_Fajo
      @Kivas_Fajo 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@lowtechredneck Nozzle is at 220°C and the bed at 60°C. That is also what the sticker on the side of the PLA drum says.
      210-230 and 50-70, so I am right in between with both.
      The filament is feeding, but I can see tiny plastic parts stuck between the cogs.
      The feeding and extrusion seem to stop exactly when it is not supposed to do that. At print start.
      Before that it is flowing out in a straight thin line, as it should.
      It drives me crazy, that a brandnew machine needs an engineer to calibrate, so it works. What kind of joke is that? And why exactly is there a so called auto-leveling system, when it doesn't do its job and asks me to put a piece of paper below.
      As if there are not a million different kinds of paper sheets with different thicknesses???

    • @lowtechredneck

      check belts see if they are tight. Check power connector to the z offset motor. if its still not working Maby motor is bad. check settings also for the function that disables stepper motors in the settings

      you need a slicer, cura works best, you need to put stl onto cura to slice it into gcode which will be readable by your printer

    • @dragonsheen3049

      You've probably worked this out by now, but printers read .gcode's, not .stl's. stl's are 3D models, gcodes are the instructions for the printer to follow.
