    2 mins warm up then start at 1:27 with 2 mins warm down at the end gives good 45 minute workout. I like the under/over workout, more please

    I really enjoy your videos. Love that your aren't a "yeller" to try and motivate us, and appreciate your Ex phys knowledge. Workouts feel doable for "enthusiasts" rather than for elite cyclists.
