Those makros make no sense. How are you only at 10g of fat if you have 250g of ground beef? Also, do you not use any cooking oils for the meat and veggies? You just boil it or what? And there is no way you get to 2000 calories with just that meal, a quick google search disproves that easily
@@jakubbendula7109 Yes, I boil all the ingredients to save time & to avoid seed oils as much as possible. i as an italian did an italianized version: put the rice to cook in microwave in glass container(optional), take a pan, put ev olive oil, garlic in dice, some basil(better if fresh), when garlic starts getting a bit brown throw in beef and break it apart, put spices (i did, black pepper, paprika, curry and salt), then tomato sauce (i used the one with tomatoes whole too in it), make sure to put a bit of water in the bottle of tmato, shake it, and throw it in the pan with the rest, wait for the sauce to dry enough and you're done, put the rice in and thats it. im eting right now, its really nice

I live in my car. I get 8 quarter pound patties from Mcdees and a quarter of white rice from any Chinese joint. Mix it up and add a can of low sodium V8. Low sodium V8 is great because of the high potassium, vit c, and vit a content along with adding good flavor to the mix.

boiled eggs is a good addition

It’s OK to run greased on the drain as long as you keep running really hot water through the tap as you dump the grease down
Do this and add some egg whites too. Super simple.
Make a bolognesa and you add veggies to it.

when oil goes down the drain, water and oil is hard to mix therefore it won't be easy to drain for future use. you parents taught you right.

nope
Strain it into tin foil, couple ice cubes in it then throw away once cooled down
