@@Mohamed.wael7 I actually abandoned the idea. I’m finding it easier and fresher to make what we eat as we need it. You’ve brought up a good point though. Do you want to keep a chicken breast in the fridge for a week, I don’t. I’m retired so it’s not difficult for us, just a matter of being disciplined and eating the right food most of the time. Good protein, no refined carbs, berries and veggies. All simple stuff to do, theoretically 😊
That's because chefs explain the steps using science- this is just glorified ASMR which anyone can do unless you look good enough to attract subscribers

This meal plan is to the point and simple. It has variety and just enough volume to feed your body and keep you lean. I use a similar meal plan. This is something I could actually eat. Most TH-camrs make stuff that I know they’re not eating. It’s not realistic just sounds good. I don’t normally eat breakfast but I could eat that. Doesn’t seem heavy or boring. ❤ thanks for sharing

Do you weigh before or after cooking? I've seen arguments for both but seems cooking usually can reduce food weight by 10-15% from fats/water cooking out.

@christopherlydon-sr1gu actually that's true. We eat as healthy as we can, but if you want the most healthy most natural food without the antibiotics, pesticides and other things, it costs more. It's a ploy in America because this is a greedy nation.
@ghostwalker89 I'm aware organic and non gmo is more expensive, so plant a garden. Educate yourself on what's genetically modified. I eat farely cheap and I eat well. I just don't usually eat out.
Cooked all of this for the week today - the eggs are amazing, meals are super easy to cook and tailor. Top tip would be to add chopped tomatoes or tomato puree to the beef/turkey to get rid of that super meaty taste. Took me over 2 hours but can definitely get the time down. Thanks for the vid!

Ive watched hundreds of meal prep vids and not one ever showed a chocolate chip cookie! I will follow this one. He seems to be honest. Not many bodybuilders(except maybe Sam Sulek) will openly show you that they eat a cookie or two! Everything has to be straight cut and clean but when cheat day comes around, its 3 triple stacks and nine snicker ice cream bars!

Just eat once a day at the golden corral or other buffet 5 to 6 times per week and it amounts to almost the same. Maybe $120 to $160 and you save time on all that cooking
I lost 30lbs in two months without working out. I ate smaller portions and started drinking green juice for breakfast lol. I also sometimes eat something sweet a day, usually a cookie or small cup of ice cream. I came here looking for other ideas for breakfast.

Because we get lazy and it doesn’t work as well as it should. Fresh each day is the way to go though.
