Literally all I use when cooking a steak, has been for years, and I managed to get a pre-teen (10 or 11) to eat a steak, medium, WITHOUT KETCHUP, I could have died happy right then.
To be honest it's for everyone that cooks, I love cooking and those 3 can never be missed in my dishes.

These videos have been so helpful. I’m no chef lol but I love good food and cooking is definitely a hobby of mine. A meal tastes great when there’s some pride involved... like, wow. I made that! Thank you so much Gordon for all of these free guides here on TH-cam ️ it is much appreciated. Easy to try at home with a lot of the basic equipment around, and anything I need to know to start is available here! :)

I agree. It looked great but there was hardly any seasoning. My guess is it was a little bland.
@@elroc1 soy sauce is an overwhelming seasoning, and it should be enough plus the lime is a great complement to the taste. I have tried a similar dish but with pork as meat and cabbage as vegetables.

I'd normally get the instant noodles like 2-3 packs get some pre cooked chicken cook the noodles add a table spoon of red Thai curry paste to a frying pan some noodle water mix then Throw it all in 10 times better. Still only take about 10 minutes

It's amazing how clean his counter is after every dish. Mine ends up looking like a post apocalyptic wreck.
Clean everything as you go. For example when I make eggs. I make my omellete and I fry some onions and carrots chopped. While it is frying I clean my board, knife, spatula and everything else I used. So when I am done everythin is clean.
