You’re right. This isn’t a new invention. But… 10 years again, everything cost 1/2 of what it does today. Heck, 3 years ago stuff was still 1/2 of today.
Used to own a black car....I quickly learned never to wash it in direct sunlight. Too hot and watermarks everywhere from the fast drying off the heat from the car. Just my two-cents. Snubby gun looks like it works great.
9/10 didn't have a tent or structure for no sun. I use after wash. Years ago i treated a spot of sap on a car. I used all clean straight to clean the spot and remove dirt. I used a microfiber below to catch runoff. Then i applied butter wet wax like a tablespoon full and jet it sit. The wax took it off and was good to wipe on the car no harm. I apllied a little after i wiped off to protect. Good to know with citrus wash and gloss. What is that after wash again?
Bro, I appreciate the info you guys share. As the ONLY active pro bodybuilder with a detailing business, I cannot for the life of me see where the hate comes from. Like we say, if you can do better then be better.
Eh I don't know why you would really want this for the most part. The reason you have the length of the most pressure washer is so you don't get sprayed in the face when your up close and personal. I wish someone would come out with a thing like the snubby that allows you to change the amount of pressure. If you need to rinse while you are still removing harder grime like sap. Then it helps to have less flow. Trust me you don't want to hit your hand or arm with full strength it will remove flesh
You shouldnt pre rinse a dirty car under high pressure as you can scratch it, soak it gently if need be to soften it but really thats what the snowfoams job is to do
I think pre-rinsing a dirty car like this will actually scratch the paint. I saw a pre-wash soap that will get rid most of these dirt and it doesn't need any pre-rinse at all.
Hey! Check out the Woolly Mammoth Drying Towel! www.chemicalguys.com/products/woolly-mammoth-microfiber-drying-towel-36-x-25?_pos=1&_sid=c7cb4c9eb&_ss=r
what do you mean? the trigger is hard?? i was interested cause the price, obviously dont expect the best material cause the price reflects is.. anyways, i try avoid spray bottles cause i notice my forearms and hands cramp up, probably arthiritis.. anyways, if the trigger is to hard, its good to know to avoid it for people like me that are old and deal with hand cramps. thanks
@@garethdavies7564Not everybody as access to this set up. Granted it will help to help with waterspots but the vast majority of detailers know not to wash a car in direct sun.
@@ChemicalGuys why would you scrub. Scrubbing implies that you need to apply pressure. Pressure can cause unnecessary damage to a cars clear coat. All you need is to let the mitt glide over. If the pre wash or foam is actually good, the pressure washer would have taken off the vast majority of dirt and grime.

Thanks Henry for the useful tip of using less than 2oz for maintenance and using 3oz or more for neglected and filthy cars. 🤙🏻
Thanks for watching!
He said look feel it like we are supposed to feel anything through the video 😂😂
These things aren’t new. I bought a short shot wash gun like 10 years ago for half what this costs. Still use it today.

I believe he meant the design. I had one from them from years back, it's a deferent design.
This helped me so much!!! My two cars are the dirtiest they have ever been.
Thanks so much for tuning in!!

would be best to do it by section
A shaded area is definitely ideal, but like Enrique said, if you MUST wash in direct sun take it section by section!

What size tip r u using? I was going to use the white 40.
I'm definitely going to have to pick that up. That's going to come in handy.
You're going to love it, it's ready to ship at chemicalguys.com right now!
Which pressure washer are you using
Don’t you want a high ph soap to clean grime, not low ph?
What psi and gpm PW did you use here? I’m interested because I’m not sure if my PW might have too much pressure for a car at the distance you operated
What about this is new. Ive had just the hand wand with quick connects for years.
It's a NEW design is all.
Do you need the actual pressure washer unit to be able to use the snubby?
Hi! Yes, the Snubby requires a pressure washer to operate.
Hows the trigger pressure. McKillans new gun still better on paper
I love citrus wash. I’ve noticed no mosquitoes come around when washing my car with citrus wash.
Gotta love Citrus Wash and Gloss!!
Honey dew snow foam attracted fruit flies. One went into the foam. It washed away! Real honeydew for smell.

Cyclonic cones cause suction?!!? Cmon bro 😂…..great video.
Happy detailing!!

Not a big fan of 2 bucket method I just have multiple wash mitts and when I'm done with one I throw it in the dirty bucket grab a new one
Thanks for the comment and thanks for watching!
You using DI water?
Absolutely!
Could you use the foam blaster with this?

You’re wrong. Rinsing doesn’t cause scratches.
Foam first on a dry car. It works better that way.
What drying towel is that?

Whoever did all that to the Acura should be arrested immediately.
This Acura was so bad.
Can you hook this up to a garden hose?
No
The Snubby requires a pressure washer - for garden hose foaming we recommend the Foam Blaster! www.chemicalguys.com/products/torq-foam-blaster-6
I need one what's the link to buy one?

This works on all pressure washers and comes with attachments for both twist on and quick-release!

@@ChemicalGuys I love that Snubby "it will be mine. oh yes, it will be mine".

When rinsing the car the surface was still beading on certain parts of the car.
I am surprised that you didn't clay such dirty car!!
This video is just a wash video. Part 2 will be clay and polish.
That will teach you not to park underneath a tree full of crapping birds 😂
