Some of the people commenting are just upset that you are more successful at wrapping cars then them 😂 do things the way you want. If the customer is ok with you not removing parts that’s all that matters.
🤣 more like I’d get fired if my work came out like that can say what you want but you get what you pay for that include cuts jagged edges stretch marks contamination lifting fingers patching etc. reasons why you’ll see this work on wrappolice 👌🏼
I know right? Such an underrated car. I miss my 02 TL-S So bad. Wish the automatics didn’t have so many issues, otherwise I think they’d be way more popular
@@BlurrrieMedia The manuals are great, but they’re really rare. Only the CL’s had them for one year in 2003. TL’s only came in auto for this generation
@@krownlessking2423 i was asking if the dudes CL was manual lol, i am aware the CL-S was the only one in this generation that came in manual lol. Currently looking for one to swap a J32 and manual trans into my CG1 Accord
Not intended as a hate comment, even tho people will say it is and I’ve seen you reply to others laughing when they do comments like mine which goes to show. But coming from someone that does vinyl wrapping for a living and has a passion for the craft. I would think for you that has wrapped many cars would advance in the style/techniques you use when wrapping. I understand you say “I’m a diy installer” but I watch your videos in a different way and I can tell you don’t seem to have the passion for it. You have a hell of a following and you know that what you are doing works for the average person watching this will keep coming back. Someone with a passion would advance in techniques but I don’t see it and the people that do throw hate comments your way see it too. Hate can come my way which I know it will because it’s the internet. I don’t care. I think from an installers perspective (not your average joe) will understand this comment. ✌🏼
I think my techniques are just fine. Justin Pate does some of his installs this way and also follows me on Instagram. The only thing professional installers cry about is how I don’t take parts off the car when I can work around it. I figured out how to go around parts from his videos lol. I’m never gona take off parts on any cars unless the customers come with it already disassembled. So if that bothers ppl it’s never gona change lol
depends on where you live. I live in WA and work for a wrap shop. If we can get full coverage with the wrap and not have to take shit apart then that means the car is at my shop for the least amount of time. For an example though, when you live in a hotter state like cali wrap shops usually will get more coverage bc the wrap will want to shrink down because of the heat
I never did a wrap before I have a question. How come you don’t wrap the whole sides instead of cutting it? Like couldn’t you wrap it all at once from roof to side skirt?
Hello. Is there a special conditioner application that has to be applied to the car ...depending on what kind of climate you live in ? Here in Toronto Canada we have all 4 seasons. How does this type of wrap adapt to big changes of temperature? Is that 3M wrap?
Awesome work as always. If i may ask, how do you tackle the wrapping of the hood with the "air grids" ? I saw you showed someone hot wrap a car but that section where the grid was done never got shown on the video. Thanks
Whilst I find it very clever and skilfull I cannot see the practical point of wrapping, surely if it gets knocked at the supermarket it could rip, how does it cope with hot and cold and being washed? Surely a respray is a better long term answer? But still looks great.
heat or cold shouldn't be a problem for quality wrap materials. It's the UV rays in sunlight that damages it. Washing needs ph balance soap to protect the finish but other than that it's pretty durable. Even more if you ceramic coat it. The benefit is you protect your OEM paint from the sun and light scratches, and it's a cheap look overhaul that you can do as many times as you want.
It isn't cost affective at all and it's gonna pop off in days or weeks unless you take panels off the car and the shine of this stuff looks like rattle can. I work in a body shop and I could prep a car like this in 5 hours tops and paint it for 300$ for good stuff that will actually pop and last. This crap Is a gimmick
Nice work. I remember those cars came with a burnt orange and a bright blue. I love Acura colors

@TripleSs no lol it takes 30 mins to remove headlights and tailights
🤣 more like I’d get fired if my work came out like that can say what you want but you get what you pay for that include cuts jagged edges stretch marks contamination lifting fingers patching etc. reasons why you’ll see this work on wrappolice 👌🏼
Man, I love your work it's also so satisfying watching the process be done!
Lowkey colours like these hit sooo nicely!
You make this look easy when I know it is not. Keep the videos comng.
Like all things, It just takes practice. I worked in the sign and graphics business for about 20 years and I can tell he knows what he is doing.

How come you don’t wrap the whole sides instead of cutting it? Like couldn’t you wrap it all at once from roof to side skirt?
No too risky

He does good work , but seeing that knife cut does make me wonder if it's touching the paint.
Как называется плёнка?
Are wraps durable? Do they last longer than paint jobs? It literally looks like you're duct taping a car😭
качество поклейки оставляет желать лучшего, но если ценник не кусачий за работу, то сойдет.
Meu irmão vc e bom de mais que nave quem dera se eu tivesse um carro desse seus vídeos são bons de mais novamente parabéns (Brasil )
