While I don't know exactly what it's like to clean / detail cars, I know that it takes a tremendous amount of effort. And as someone with multiple siblings, I know first-hand how dirty cars can get when kids are involved lol
Just from helping at my kids school drop off, I see a couple cars like this every day. I makes me shocked and sad. Can’t imagine what conditions in their house would be like.
I learned a long time ago that the people who accuse you of something are the ones where they themselves are guilty of what they claim you do. On another note: I owned a cleaning service for 30 years. Your work is some of the BEST work I have seen in cleaning! You are perfection! You really get those seats clean and you don't miss any dirt. That is what it takes to be in the cleaning business! My Dad taught me that. He told me if you have a landscaping/mowing business for example, get every single leaf off of their lawn. He became a multimillionaire in a different line of work. But I listened to him, because that's why he became successful.
I can see why there’s skepticism online for stuff like this, there’s a lot of cleaning channels that do very clearly stage their projects to be as disgusting as humanly possible. I just don’t think people understand how much more risk is involved using that business model with a CAR. See it’s one thing if you go out and buy a new rug to drench in sewer water and cow manure to make a video of you cleaning it, but a whole ass VEHICLE!? If you can’t get that stain out of the rug then it’s no biggie, but the same can’t be said for a car worth tens, even hundreds of thousands of dollars.

My dad and my brothers detail cars. I used to watch him and I’m telling you it was some nasty cars come through there. I’m a woman and I learned from watching them . Is hard work. They’re just jealous of your success. You’re doing a great job.❤
Right?!?! The first video I saw them do that too, I was like…wtf?! Never crossed my mind and I just thought about how much time I could have saved in the past if I did this!
I've known a few people who knew their car was gonna get repo'd and did stuff like this on purpose because they thought they were "sticking it" to the lender not realizing that whatever it sells for at auction is the only credit they'll get towards the loan. After watching these videos, I'll never look at used cars the same. I used to think clean car = taken care of. Now I know clean car = experienced detailer and shouldn't be the basis for a decision. Unreal what you are able to accomplish. Kudos
@@jayasmrmore3687 unless you whip out your own bore scope and check the condition of the bearings and overhead components, you won't know the condition of the powertrain. If a dealer goes through the trouble of doing a detail job like this, they're sure as hell gonna change the oil so you don't see metal shavings when you pull the dipstick. They'll describe the "free oil change" as a perk, but all it did was make it harder to know what you're getting
@@marcb2056 oh okay then I guess down the road you will realize there was damage at some point and it’s not as pleasant a drive as you thought but now you’ve already bought it. These chemicals are really cleaning up everything. I did not expect the chairs and the carpet to look so beautiful again. This man is a true magician 😊
Hey man I owned a detail shop for 8 years and cleaned many cars that looked like this car. You do great work. The thing that I couldn’t understand is how did they drive it smelling like a garbage dumpster. One of life’s mysteries I guess.😜
So, Hi, I can actually answer that! My egg donor's vehicle when she was able to drive was absolutely trashed and usually smelled awful. A lot of times a really bad car may have belonged to a hoarder (or potentially a hoarder with kids). Mental illness can make a lot of things very difficult, and that includes cleaning.
Given it's a repo and how filthy it was, I wouldn't be surprised if the owner deliberately made it a mess because they knew it was getting repossessed.
I immediately admired your work ethic. I love how you recognized how to make 2 sources of income from the same craft. obviously there’s the extra steps of filming and editing/engaging with the audience, but you do a great job cleaning the cars so you will always be prosperous. Keep up the good work!
You guys are awesome. I used to detail cars in my younger days before youtube and I know for a fact people who do not care about anything are nasty. Especially when they haven't paid their car payment to the point of being repo'd. Trust me a person who has pride in ownership will not let their vehicle get like this. Plus cleaning these vehicles take time. We get the condensed version. Carry on young man you are doing an awesome job.
Your comment couldn't be more true. I've been in the detail business for 20+ years, and I see the cars of today are way more nastier than what I remember from 10 years ago. I've seen brand new models look like they've had them for 10 years and it's actually only a 2 year old car. 🤦🏾♂️
Hello, my name is Amy Ryll. I’m a Kitchen Designer for Home Depot in Indianapolis Indiana. I’ve never seen your show and I’ve never seen anyone detail a car before. Your program was suggested after I watched a carpet cleaning video. I don't intend to start a detailing business but I do plan to start an independent endeavor combining my experience in fine arts, visual communications, education, and retail sales. Honestly, I'm trying to understand why the car detailing idea is so attractive. I love to restore things like rusted wrenches, broken cabinetry, or weighted windows. There is so much waste I'm concerned for the planet. Restoring cars is a wonderful way to reduce waste. My motto is reduce, reuse, repair, and recycle! Just to be transparent, I'm an older woman but still trim, strong, and curious as can be! Thank you for the opportunity to apply. You're doing great work AND you are entertaining and informative. Don't listen to naysayers. They will always be around - forge ahead my dear!
Before cleaning, the car looked like it's been used for some shady business, but after that, it looks like a brand new car. Totally unrecognizable! You did an awesome job, btw.
I personally worked at a collision center as a detailer for over a year I can say without a doubt this isn't staged some people just don't keep clean cars. It really sucks for the guy who has to clean up afterwards though but it definitely makes for fantastic and satisfying content. Tbh this car although it's bad I've cleaned worse more disgusting vehicles for example vehicles where people decided to unalive themselves and deer hits lots of haunting things on those particular vehicles. This is my favorite detail channel very nice job keep up the good work my guy!
You guys are the reason i started my own detailing gig and pretty much taught me everything i know. Getting to actually detail cars with you guys would be incredible and an excellent hands-on learning experience. i have a lot i still need to learn and improve on!
It's so satisfying to see that you're able to make these deep and badly stained seats look pretty much like new again. Great stuff! Yeah, like you say: there's always gonna be haters, but I would also like to defend myself, when I was you. Keep doing what you're doing. I love your videos. Love from The Netherlands.
Unbelievable work!!! I can’t understand how people would think these are staged, it takes years of neglect to make a car look that bad. Your work is second to none! I would love to see one of these transformations in person. Keep up the amazing job!!
I just started following your channel and so glad I found it! I can not begin to wrap my head around the before shots. Looks to me like the owners knew the repo was coming and did their best to make sure nobody else would want it. That was insanity. But more insane was what you were able to do with it. I'm speechless. EXCEPTIONAL JOB!!!! 🎉 Following from Houston Tx 29:34
I used to watch a couple of other detailers but I can’t any more because they simply cannot match your standards. You are the best I’ve ever seen. If people can’t see that, that’s their problem. Always love your videos. 👏👏👏
During my younger days I worked summers for a guy who owned a used car lot. We used to go down to Kalamazoo to an auction and I can confirm many repos were completely trashed. A common one was sugar based pops that would create a sticky mess. We wore our crappiest clothes and always brought seat covers. Keep up the great videos!
You do amazing work. I’m a 62 year old woman who has learned how to truly detail my car because of your videos. I’ve always taken care of my cars, and due to watching your videos, I know my car will continue to look great!
I really enjoy your videos, it's one of the highlights of my week watching a professional cleaner who knows his trade inside and out. I watched another cleaning company who cleaned a 'trashed' car who cited they actually came to you for advice on how to use fabric spray on the interior carpets because they'd got them cleaned but still looked strained. If that's not a comment on your brilliance I don't know what is. Point is you are fantasic at your job so please try to ignore haters who sadly have nothing better to do.
Hello, I’m new to this channel so barely with me. Omg this video was left me with a range of emotions from disgust and discomfort to absolute relief and an overwhelming sense of serenity. I’m sure it’s not just me but clutter and dirty anything makes me overwhelmed and clouds my brain and cleaning is very calming. When I’m upset I deep clean and cook because you have to focus on what you’re doing especially to small details and this video was such a relief for me! I watched it in its entirety twice! Thank you so much I truly appreciate it!
Ah I wish this video wasn’t 4 months old. I’ve been wanting to learn how to detail my own car but it’s pretty intimidating to start from nowhere. I’d love to fly out and learn from you firsthand. What an awesome opportunity you are providing! Love the channel man.
I would love to do this for a living. There's something imminently satisfying about what you've accomplished when you're done. I'll confess that most of my vehicles looked closer to the before shots than the after. None of them were really that clean when I bought them. That all changed in December when I bought a 2012 Ford Escape. It was very clean when I bought it. It's even cleaner now.
@@Selene_Dragon I finally actually have a spot cleaner/shampooer and I used it on my car seats and they were SO gross 🤮😂 Soooo satisfying to do though! Only 5 years of chocolate milk, soda, & juices being spilt from kiddos in the back 😂
OMG, My fiancé is so in love with detailing. He talks about it all the time, and puts so much into what he does. It’s amazing. He would love to do that for a weekend with you, like his dreams come true.
I’ve always wanted to work on cars like this! I just got a job as a detailed for a Chevy dealership and it’s the best job I’ve ever had. It gives you so much gratification, cleaning cars and making them pretty again. If it weren’t for people like you, these cars wouldn’t ever see the roads again most likely.

I would LOVE to detail a car with you. I watch your videos every night since i found you and i love seeing the whole process and rewarding end results.! whoever gets to end up doing it( if you end up deciding to) i’ll be so jealous of😂
MAD, excellent work on the detail. You don't need to explain yourself - I have buddies in the auto industry, this is course on par for a repo. Additionally, my friends tell me about working professionals that return leases or trade in vehicles in the worst possible condition - some people regardless of their position in life are just filthy. Quick question - does a vehicle in this state get driven to your shop or does it get towed over? From your personal experience how trashed are these vehicles mechanically?
It's insane to see you turn some of the nastiest vehicles back into a chan ride that someone would want to get in and drive. It would be really cool to see and do it with you. As always keep doing what you do!
Keep doing your great work. Unfortunately people will bring you down usually because they are in that place themselves. Just the fact of how many times you've pulled the carpet tells me who you are and the quality of your commitment. It shows where your heart is. Keep bringing it!
I'm in awe of the work that you've done with this, cause what I saw in the beginning was gross and you got these things cleaned up, that couldn't have been easy. Keep doing great work, man. Salute!
Watching the work you do is super relaxing to me. I’ve been cleaning and detailing cars since I had my first car! Would love to come out and see your process and help restore a car back to its original glory!
I never thought you purposely trashed any of these repo cars. I do, however, believe that many (if not all) of the previous owners purposely trashed their cars before the repo man could take them away. Whatever the truth behind these cars actually is, please keep up the great work. Your detail jobs are by far the best ones on TH-cam. Nobody else seems to put in nearly as much effort as you do! And lastly, hell yeah I'd love to have a chance to come visit your shop one day!
That was crazy. Stumbled on your page trying to find cleaning tips. That transformation was unreal, almost unbelievable if you hadn’t recorded the whole thing. Awesome job man! Super impressed!
Love the work as always! Also I appreciate you doing the extra work of both extracting and pressure washing for the viewers. Personally, I'm on "team pressure washing"! I love the idea of having a viewer come detail with you too. Also, I thought of a fun "game" you could play called "guess that stain" where you poll us on what we think it is (in this example you could have us guess what that pink stuff is!). Food for thought!
Wow! Incredible work! It’s hard to imagine that car could ever look that good. The new buyer would be shocked to see what the car looked like before you detailed it…Great job😁
BEST VIDEO YET !! Do not give a second thought to the trolls. There will always be mean, negative, and the type of jealous people who are envious of your success. Put those folks in the rear view mirror and just keep on moving with your videos. They are not worth your time.
Omg I love watching these and I don’t think anyone who appreciates cleanliness could do this to a car on purpose. also, I never considered the smells and flies 🤢 hope you can get rid of them soon!
I would be so thrilled to come spend a weekend with you and your team seeing how you clean these nasty cars. Never thought I’d take an interest in watching videos of you cleaning cars, that is until now lol. I also rent my car out and do all my cleaning and would love to know more cleaning tips/tricks first hand. All your videos is just awesome work!
Love this video! It's so satisfying to see the detailed cleaning. I have no clue how the heck people can get a car so damn filthy! But you make it look so easy to clean!
I work at a large national dealer only auto auction. I started off in our detail shop and with all the repos we get, the former owners of these cars honestly treated their cars horribly. It’s been amazing to see how badly people treat these cars and that people actually live this nasty. It’s a rough af to get them cleaned to these standards. These people don’t know shit about anything, keep doing the amazing work! I thoroughly enjoy your videos and details. Your quality is spectacular! Keep it up!!! 🤟🏼😎
I think you did an absolute amazing job on this car! Haters are going to hate, but you really shouldn’t have to explain anything, like “Hey man, I’m just helping out some people, it’s not that big of a deal Y’know?” This is just one of the most amazing transformations on a car I have EVER seen! i have learned a lot and just want to give you a big THANK YOU! you are truly an inspiring person!
Honestly, this is the first car detailer that doesn't make me mad because they are thorough with their job and go back over things unlike most car detailers I've seen.
as someone who used to work in repo, i can tell everyone in the comments that, while not all of them, many of these vehicles have been absolutely trashed by the time they're being repossessed. i can see why it would be hard to believe, but i guess it's one of those, if-you-know-you-know situations🤷♂
Thank you for explaining where you get the cars. I'm so glad you have found a place so close to your shop with an endless supply of cars to run your business. What luck! It's really an amazing story. Keep up the incredible work you do!! I love to watch!
Kat Willams said that if you don’t have 20 more haters by the end of the year, but in your case the end of the month, you’re not doing it right. Bravo, congratulations and keep up the awesome work 🤩🤩🤩
I’m very interested in doing one of these details with you! You seriously do the absolute best detailing on TH-cam. Hands down. Seriously, it’s amazing what you’re able to accomplish. I’d love to learn firsthand.
This is the first time I've had to skip through the first pass after the drill brush. I LOVE your videos but whew this one was a tough one at times. You're a freakin beast for this one. I can only imagine the smell...that wet carpet. 😫🤢
Id love to come out and detail one of these disasters lol. I'm always down to try something new, and moreover, I think it'd make a great video. I spend most of my life behind the wheel and the thought of riding around in some of these biohazard boxes makes me sick. I love seeing them get washed up and cleaned.
You are a true magical genius when it comes to your detailing!!!! I’ve never ever experienced something of this magnitude but you sir perform miracles when it comes to these types of vehicles!! Love your channel…don’t listen to the haters….just keep the vids coming 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
I agree with you. The cars are really bad. My dad used to have a car dealership. And when the repo cars came in we couldn’t even find someone willing to clean them
good content, man. these are great videos. stop reading the comments if they offend you. most people have not seen cars in this shape, and cannot imagine them at this level. I think a few years ago, some channels (even channels that are good now) used to stage cars to get some initial interest. if you are a pro detailer, and most of your work is usually detailing an already-clean car- then that is very dull content, those maintenance clients. its cool that you share where these clientele come from. anyone who flips wrecks from auctions knows these are legit details. I would totally be interested in detailing these dumpster rides with you! not every detail is a Ferrari. these videos are the real world, man.😁
Beyond words. I cannot believe - i literally went back to the very start of the video to look for any clue that the seats were this Dove Grey colour!! What!? Wow - incredible work. I for sure thought for minute that you tried to sneak new seats in! 😂 Awesome.
You shouldn't have to defend yourself for anything that you do. You're doing a great job, the seat cleanings alone are amazing. It would be really cool to work with you doing that weekend detailing job thing (though I would probably need to wear a mask with some perfume sprayed on it or a dryer sheet shoved inside the flap to block out any smells.
Great video. It's hard for me to imagine anyone treating their car so badly but I guess some people do. I'm always impressed that you manage to get the upholstery so clean.
Wow, crazy that people actually think you stage these cars. I’m new to the channel but have been enjoying your videos. Would love to do one of these with you!! Question: how long does it usually take for everything to dry? Do you put fans on the seats or anything?
This transformation is amazing!!! A detail shop told me they wouldn't be able to get all stains out. Most are water but after watching your videos anything is possible lol. How long does it take real time?
I think it would be cool to come see this first hand and experience this. I also would like to see you detail trucks. I've heard some biohazardous truck stories as a truck driver myself lol
The fact that some people would say that you stage a vehicle like this tells me that they have never detailed a car before. Keep up the great work man. And I would love to come and detail a car with you. The amount that I would learn would be life changing.
This is the first video of yours that I've seen and it was amazing. I honestly thought there was no way you could get the car back to factory condition, but the transformation was amazing. Very well done.
Man I would love to come out here and detail a car with you I always wanted to do it since I was a child already but I guess I never got to it Love your videos man keep up the hard work !!
I recently bought a hot water extractor for getting some antifreeze out of my cars carpet after a heater matrix leak/replacement... I had no idea how long it would take to get that carpet clean, that's the power of editing to make a snappy and enjoyable video I guess. My respect for detailers like yourself went up massively.

Don’t stop posting, this takes a lot of strain on you to do this work, honestly even if people don’t understand this and blow it out of proportion boo hoo them. I would love to know more about this wether that’s working within your shop or if you know of others that do this amazing kind of work.

Also, I personally would love the chance to experience a detail first hand, and honestly learn how to make such a scummy looking car like this one shine as if it were brand new. it's so fascinating watching these transformations. keep up the good work!
I've been detailing 20 years now. I can tell you this is unfortunately how a majority of repos I've done come in. Repos and junk yard rebuilders have been by far the worst things I've ever seen in my years. I can actually smell this car through the screen.

My dad and my brothers detail cars. I used to watch him and I’m telling you it was some nasty cars come through there. I’m a woman and I learned from watching them . Is hard work. They’re just jealous of your success. You’re doing a great job.❤
@@candancepeace1539 I'm confused. Why did you state that you're a woman?
Well said
I love how you take such care and pride in cleaning the vehicles. You do an absolute phenomenal job man.
I had no idea the interior of cars came apart like that for professional cleaning. This was incredibly thorough. Great work!
Kudos
Clean car is okay because sure it means it was destroyed before but it’s clean now so I don’t see the problem
@@jayasmrmore3687 in my experience with cars, interior neglect is more often than not accompanied by mechanical neglect and/or abuse
@@marcb2056 but if there is mechanical abuse wouldn’t you be able to tell? (Meaning like a loud engine or a check engine light etc)
Thing is I don’t know if dealerships can clean quite this well. I mean probably but will they be willing to put so much time into it?
These chemicals are really cleaning up everything.
I did not expect the chairs and the carpet to look so beautiful again.
This man is a true magician 😊
I think I speak for all of us when I say I appreciate all the hard work you put into making these videos.
Hey man I owned a detail shop for 8 years and cleaned many cars that looked like this car. You do great work. The thing that I couldn’t understand is how did they drive it smelling like a garbage dumpster. One of life’s mysteries I guess.😜
Imagine their homes!
Probably dope junkies more than likely
@@beverlyastorga6825
I disagree so don't judge them ,Some peoples keep their house clean but when you have kids it's harder for them to do so.
Agreed: haters are useless trolls. Ignore them. You are a dedicated and EXTREMELY hard working individual!!!
Looks like a murder car
Just kids stuff and straw what's shady about that?
@@gabe10222 Right? Lol 😂
I really enjoy watching your videos! Don't explain yourself to people who can't see your gifts and talents! Great work!
You deserve a hell of a lot more than what you’re getting for cleaning this!
He said he does it for free.
You guys are the reason i started my own detailing gig and pretty much taught me everything i know. Getting to actually detail cars with you guys would be incredible and an excellent hands-on learning experience. i have a lot i still need to learn and improve on!
Great work. Don't forget a kneeling pad to protect your knees over time when on the ground cleaning carpet, etc. thanks for for sharing!

Same, but I still watch a couple others. One is cute and drives a Raptor, and I love the other's Bri-ish accent. 🤣
But this guy puts in more work than anyone else I've seen.
As a finance manager for auto loans I repo cars daily and the pictures I see of these vehicles are unbelievable. Pretty amazing what you do!!
You do amazing work. I’m a 62 year old woman who has learned how to truly detail my car because of your videos. I’ve always taken care of my cars, and due to watching your videos, I know my car will continue to look great!
Same here, 66 and my car looks so good thanks to what I've learned.
WD I saw that, too.
Here is a volunteer genuinely interested in learning your craft
They sell a lot of the cleaning supplies they use and you can look up tutorials online
@@Selene_Dragon I finally actually have a spot cleaner/shampooer and I used it on my car seats and they were SO gross 🤮😂 Soooo satisfying to do though! Only 5 years of chocolate milk, soda, & juices being spilt from kiddos in the back 😂

I love that you remove the carpet. I feel that makes this real detail! Kudos to you for being 💯
I’ve always wanted to work on cars like this! I just got a job as a detailed for a Chevy dealership and it’s the best job I’ve ever had. It gives you so much gratification, cleaning cars and making them pretty again. If it weren’t for people like you, these cars wouldn’t ever see the roads again most likely.

I don’t care if you stage them or not. I know you’re not but idc. I enjoy watching you clean the cars. I’m a women and I’m about to gut my car and clean it myself. My husband will take seats out for me but I’ll do the rest because of your videos and little experience I already have I’ll be cleaning my car really good. Thank you
I would really love to experience a disaster detail as I'm looking to start up my own detailing business! Thanks for this opportunity! Good luck and congrats to the winner!
I would LOVE to detail a car with you. I watch your videos every night since i found you and i love seeing the whole process and rewarding end results.! whoever gets to end up doing it( if you end up deciding to) i’ll be so jealous of😂
i detail my Camaro every weekend, I’ll bring it to you so you can start there 😭😂
My neighbor details cars and I see the HOURS of cleaning and care he invests with each vehicle. I admire work ethic!
You definitely don’t have to explain yourself! You do an amazing job regardless and I hope god continues to bless you and your business.
The meticulousness that went into cleaning those seats was brilliant and the results probably one of the best I’ve seen 👌
It's insane to see you turn some of the nastiest vehicles back into a chan ride that someone would want to get in and drive. It would be really cool to see and do it with you. As always keep doing what you do!
You are the most thorough detailer I’ve seen!
Thank you so much for the support!
This was beyond trifflin! Bless your heart, ain't enough money in the world for me to do it lol. You did amazing!
Salute!
This was the most satisfying, wonderful thing to see. Definitely a relief for a stressful day. Thank you
Watching the work you do is super relaxing to me.

You are giving me inspiration. I bet there are a lot of people who like the way you clean
Love this video! It's so satisfying to see the detailed cleaning. I have no clue how the heck people can get a car so damn filthy! But you make it look so easy to clean!
Thank you! And haha I try
If this is real, the driver was wearing anti-radioactive clothing.
Your detailed work is so satisfying. You would NEVER know what this vehicle had been through after you cleaned it. Amazing work!!

I would totally be interested in detailing these dumpster rides with you! not every detail is a Ferrari. these videos are the real world, man.😁
I really appreciate the support it truly means a lot!
If it was a repo maybe it was trashed intentionally by the former owner?
