Nice drills buddy i haven't seen a couple of those before, thanks! my jaw is making all kinds of movements and noise right now as I'm trying them😮😂 Dealing w a multi day flare up and extreme tension at the moment I've been dealing w extreme jaw pain and tension for many many years from repeated face trauma and moto accidents when younger What would you say are some real long term solutions for pretty severe jaw issues The only long term thing I've ever been given from all my years and diff visits has been a re-break and wire .... I've just never been able to bring myself to it Have you heard of any newer treatmentn options
I don’t know your history or situation but there are always solutions to every issue. What’s in this video isn’t even 1% of all the possibilities. It’s just a starting point. Assessing your eyes, inner ear and cranial nerves would be very important for your situation it sounds.
Taylor, these are great! I'm hopeful that this will help with my BMS (burning mouth syndrome) on my left side of mouth and tongue. Question: do you need to do upper cervical flexion when you do the jaw forward/backward and side-to-side?
Glad you like them! When doing the jaw glides you don’t need a strict upper cervical flexion. However, lengthening up to ensure good posture is key. Best of luck. Keep us posted!
