USB C Nintendo DS?! Modding an Original Phat DS

Today I mod an original Nintendo Phat DS to have a USB type C charging port!

I love the DS. It's one of my favorite consoles of all time. The download local multi-player was the best feature ever. Great job on the mod too!

i think the other ports are for wired internet purpaces, so you could use a dongle to use a ethernet port

It was also for legacy connections, like GBA to GBA multiplayer (eg, pokemon trading, Four Swords Adventure, etc.).

Not really. The point is to be able to charge the DS with a standard USB charger. If you want to play old games on the go, you dont have to carry the DS charger with you. You can just use the same cable as your phone (unless you're using an iPhone).
