I could use some help with my 2005 ram 1500 5.7 comp cam NSR Stage 1 HRT 216/222 Hydraulic Roller Cam for Dodge 5.7L/6.1L HEMI 2003+ I have had the truck tuned and it uses a lot more gas than it use to but the guy also turned off my O2 sensors when he tuned it. I don't think it was done right
Hey man, great video. followed instructions to a t and it chopps like crazy, sounds great. But i am having a much more annoying problem, i hope your able to shed some light. I have a 2005 dodge magnum rt, 273 with all the proper accesories to run it. Car constantly throws code for barometric pressure too low and will not idle past like 2-3 seconds bfore dying. Also the throttle body/ lightning bolt light flashes. However with a srt4 map sensor from the dealer is starts and idles totaly fine. I used 3 different oem map sensors from the dealer and a known driving hemi and still not working.

2011 ram 1500 rebuild the motor and installed comp cam new valve springs and non afm lifters. But the timing fall off and allow valve hit. Tried to delete the cam phaser and now dont roll past 3200 rpm . Any help would be appreciated thanks

This video really helped me! I do have a question though. I have a 05 hemi with the same cam as this video. I have a really nice chop up till the car warms up. Around 185 the car will smooth itself out and the timing doesn’t swing anymore. Suggestions?? Thanks!
Thank you for posting the video... I have a question when it comes to tuning a truck with Boost. I have a 2005 Dodge Ram with a turbo and I use the vacuum reference port on the fuel regulator? Do you have a preference use the reference port or just set the fuel pressure and forget it? And if just set it and forget it what should I set the fuel pressure at? I am running somewhere in the vicinity of 15 psi of boost. The tune I am running now was created with the fuel pressure being set at 35 PSI and then reference point from there as the Boost goes up.. Thanks
I tried this. My car still want run with the map plugged in but it helped it at first the starting doing the same thing , so I just unplugged the map again. I just don't understand
Can I send my ecu to u to tune it for a stage 3 comp cam I'm having an issue with it staying idle after a cold crank start it idles for like maybe 2 minutes maybe 3 minutes before it dies then every other time after that when I crank it the shuts off but when I give it gas it will rev up but I have to keep my foot on the gas for it to stay idle or stay on then the throttle response is not responding right those are the symptoms that I'm having with this stage 3 Comp Cam

Yes the other tables next to proportional that we modify for the cam sound you may have to make the same modifications to the others
