    It’s definitely game changing and eye-opening when you are a full time agent, giving up the 9-5 w/ weekends off. You get a true sense of the market and game that is real estate when you’re all-in.

    • @KyleHandy
      @KyleHandy  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Absolutely, transitioning from a traditional 9-5 job with weekends off to becoming a full-time real estate agent is a game-changing and eye-opening experience. It's a bold move that comes with both challenges and rewards. In summary, going all-in as a full-time real estate agent is a transformative experience that can provide you with a deeper understanding of the real estate market and open up new opportunities for personal and professional growth. It's a path that many find rewarding, but it's also important to be prepared for the challenges and the dedication required to succeed in this dynamic field.

    I’ve been earning from real estate mostly by co-owning properties. Like if there’s a property of say 50 million dollars, i can invest 500k, as the property keeps appreciating my money also appreciates and I get dividends on the money I invested.

      Conclusion: with a full time job, i wouldn't be able to learn what I've learned so far, maybe the half as max. So i can the process as full time agent is x2 faster

    • @KyleHandy
      @KyleHandy  ปีที่แล้ว

      Whether it makes sense to get your real estate license now, considering you plan to move to another state in a few years, depends on several factors. Ultimately, the decision depends on your career goals and your willingness to navigate the license transfer process when you move. If you're committed to a career in real estate, getting licensed now can provide a foundation of knowledge and experience. However, if you're uncertain about your long-term plans, it may make sense to wait until you're in your new state to pursue your license.

    hi :0 i see you reply to most of the comments, so I'm obtaining my realtor's license right now but I have a full-time job plus I'm a full-time student. I just wanna have as many fall back plans as possible, also is it possible to schedule meeting around the evening time such as after five?

    • @KyleHandy
      @KyleHandy  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Real estate's a more-than full time job (especially in the beginning). It's not impossible to have success part-time but every extra challenge an agent puts on themselves make it that much more unlikely they'll have success in the short-term. You can setup appointments for the evening only but as an agent you're typically on the clients schedule and that could definitely cause issue. You'll want to likely partner with a trustworth full-time agent in your area so they can help when you can't and you pay them a referral fee or comission.

      @@anhelinabodnar1066 I deliver bread in early mornings. Up at 1:30 and home around 11 and my second job is 3 nights a week from 5-9 at a home improvement store. 2 months later I manage to fit time in the middle of the day and weekends when I can but I feel it’s working and am doing a good job. I might be able to get rid of my PT job in evenings once I get a couple more sales under my belt. I don’t get much sleep but my work schedules have allowed me to put a good amount of effort into real estate mid day. I’m probably doing real estate for 12 hours a week currently.
