The titanium has the laminated side glass as well as the soundscreen windshield all that’s supposed to help with noise.
Owning a 2017 Escape Titanium Awd with the 2 0 EcoBoost. I think the redesigned 2020 is a Great looking vehicle with loads of technology and engine options. Even though my current 2nd roll handles passenger well. More 2nd roll passenger room is a nice addition. Looking forward to a test drive when it hits my dealers lot.

No ventilated seats even in Titanium trim. Major failure. Mazda, Hyundai, Kia compact SUV’s all offer them. Ford will make you buy the Lincoln Corsair.
I have an Edge with ‘crotch cooling seats’, can’t say it makes much difference. The heated seats and heated steering wheel is great in the winter months.

Ecoboost are just turbo engines.. diesel should have higher torque at lower revs prolonging engine life considerably. A 1.5 or 1 litre petrol in this size car is too small unless just croozing

Don't like it, sorry guys. You're trying to go halfway between a truck and a car. Don't. I liked the truckiness of the Escape the way it was. This doesn't know what it wants to be. I own a 2014 and have owned an '01 and an '08. The '14 may be the last one. I've been a loyal Ford owner since I got my license. This new "direction" if that's what you want to call it is causing me to rethink my loyalty to Ford. No more cars combined with these design fails are really an issue.

Ford Escape 180hp and 177lbft 8 speed. Toyota RAV4 203hp and 184lbft 8 speed. Honda CRV 184hp and 179lbft CVT. Honda and Ford weigh about the same. Toyota weighs about 150lb more than Escape. So what that tells me is Ford Escape will be very competitive even with 3 cylinder turbo. Besides Ford offers a great hybrid option. I hear that Toyota people are buying those hybrid options more than gas.

I went to my local Ford dealership with my 2012 Ford Escape XLT and I parked right beside the new 2020 Ford Escape and I line them both up from the front end side by side and the back bumper of the 2020 Ford Escape comes just passed the back doors of my Ford Escape XLT the new Ford Escapes are tiny and they are complete joke but what do you expect on a new Ford Escape when it uses a Ford focus frame so I'll stick with my 2012 Ford Escape XLT plenty of room in it and lots of space for my cargo but if I was to buy a new SUV it will be the Ford Explorer not these new cheap looking Ford Escapes that looks like minis on steroids

That's my biggest complaint about our 2018 Escape. My 2017 F150 with a V8 and Flowmaster exhaust is quieter than my wife's Escape.
It could be down to the roads or the tyres on it.. mine is quiet. Dont compare other models..

You are right. Ford never offered that in Escape. You can get it on Ford Fusion, Edge and Explorer however.
