    Made some on Saturday using soaked dhal....I might have rolled it a bit too thin... will try your recipe next. Goes perfectly as you described .... in a bowl doused with mango sour 😍

      I prefer this method honestly cause the other method I burn it before I can get enough in the oil to fry I move slow when I’m in the kitchen especially when I’m learning now 😩😩😩😩

    I never knew you can make it this way. My parents, aunts and uncles use the sev maker to make this. This is interesting lol

      My grandmother uses the sev maker as well but I don't have one of those. So I did the alternative lmao

    I does normally make chicken foot but I didn't know you can use peas powder and also heat it first before you cut it up to fry when I make my I put green seasoning turmeric and salt

      They are supposed to be hard and crunchy (do not over fry them that makes them extra hard).

    Sal sev has a diff taste from chicken foot. Chicken foot is thinner too.
