Do you have any knowledge about about Day's apparatus to estimate porosity of grain sample if you know then please reply because I didn't find it on Google
Porosity of any sample is determined by BET analyzer. It gives size, diameter, pore size and pore volume etc

ImageJ is a wonderful software to measure the size of nanomaterials or other macro objects.

Just count them if you are dealing SEM/FESEM Images.

Sir as at 4.39 u take 7 grain length .. but could we take results of different position grain and then count and take average in excel . is it correct !
