It's a bit amazing how she uses her weird clothes to hide herself and her insecurities but at the same time it makes her stand out and it allowes her to be as comfortable as she is with her weird and amazing self
100% agree with this. She accepts herself. That doesn’t mean she doesn’t have insecurities, it means she identifies her insecurities and isn’t ashamed to hide them because theirs nothing wrong with both liking parts of yourself and hating parts of yourself. Everyone has something they wish they can change and try and shy away from it and want it to go away. She will outright say what her insecurities are, acknowledge them, and then hide them because she doesn’t like them. It may sounder counter intuitive, but you can absolutely accept everything about yourself, you just may not like what you accept.
This was an awesome video. I was doing a bit of research on Emilia because someone had recommended I make a video on her, and in digesting her content I felt a lot of the same things you summarized so well in this video. I didn't know you had made this video until just now, and I am now happily moving on to something else, because this is the only video about Emilia Fart that needs to exist, and I know I couldn't do it better.

I am not sure if he was entirely mature in the way he addressed her. I for instance was kind of confused by his position on whether or not he liked her until he explicitly said it. Almost in some way, she embodies a lot of qualities my friend would call “absurdism”, where you realize that nothing ultimately matters and to truly experience life is by being yourself. He’s similar to Amelia Fart in that he also does a lot of cringey things, not for attention, but that he’s insecure. He told me he does it because if others see the worst in him, then they will like the “normal” him that much more. Really, I envy my friend for letting lose to easily in a society where slightly odd behaviors are unaccepted. I’m glad there are others like my friend since I know he’s suffering a lot of loneliness because not many can relate to him like Amelia does. I have mixed, odd feelings about Emilia's videos. I think she's wickedly funny, absolutely hilarious at times. I admire her vulnerable, heartfelt moments, where she opens up to us. And I respect that she acknowledges her own flaws and insecurities. But in some way, I think that there's still so much that needs to be healed within her, so much sadness and rejection, and I don't know if that's happening for her, or if she's just in sort of a status quo, because she now has this persona that has become viral and is a part of her life and means of supporting herself. If she becomes "more normal", will she fear losing viewers? Does she feel she has to remain "damaged" or odd in order to retain the love of her audience? These are just thoughts that I have. I really wish I could just give her a huge damn hug.

I love her so much. You would expect the "WOW INSTAGRAM COMEDY CRAAAZY!" videos when you watch her but when you actually watch her videos, you find out that this is a genuine open and honest person. Almost in some way, she embodies a lot of qualities my friend would call “absurdism”, where you realize that nothing ultimately matters and to truly experience life is by being yourself. He’s similar to Amelia Fart in that he also does a lot of cringey things, not for attention, but that he’s insecure. He told me he does it because if others see the worst in him, then they will like the “normal” him that much more. Really, I envy my friend for letting lose to easily in a society where slightly odd behaviors are unaccepted. I have mixed, odd feelings about Emilia's videos. I think she's wickedly funny, absolutely hilarious at times. I admire her vulnerable, heartfelt moments, where she opens up to us. And I respect that she acknowledges her own flaws and insecurities. But in some way, I think that there's still so much that needs to be healed within her, so much sadness and rejection, and I don't know if that's happening for her, or if she's just in sort of a status quo, because she now has this persona that has become viral and is a part of her life and means of supporting herself. If she becomes "more normal", will she fear losing viewers? Does she feel she has to remain "damaged" or odd in order to retain the love of her audience? These are just thoughts that I have. I really wish I could just give her a huge damn hug.
