This was the toughest fight I had in my souls history, this guy absolutely erased my dignity, and at this point of my life I have to say that I have fun fighting him, I feel like a true battle of warriors, Radagon and specially elden beast felt like a spam of miracles on my face, also at least they could have let us use torrent, it feels like a wasted oportunity in a big arena like that
It's not a weakness, GOE just randomly fucks with the bosses' stats without telling anyone. You'll notice that in these "DS3/BB bosses vs ER bosses" videos the former always randomly have like x3 health and stance break their opponents every two hits.
@@mensarius6432 Yes, in general the bosses in Elden Ring are much more powerful than those in other games and they have to give advantages to the other bosses to make it a more or less interesting fight, but the posture is something that was added with the intention of giving advantage to the player and if it did not exist, even weakening it would be difficult to defeat it
@@mensarius6432they kinda have to because of the huge difference in stats the gamed have, at least in Elden Ring's case. They just have too much hp and damage comparatively
@@themustardman219 if they can change the hp and damage of the DS3 bosses to match the bosses from Elden Ring, I don't think it would be that much harder to change their poise damage or buff the poise of the latter. I mean, Elden Ring's bosses already have a mechanic that reduces how much poise damage they take in each ng+ cycle. Garden of Eyes could use it to make these fights feel a little more balanced instead of having Radagon or any other ER boss getting stunned every two hits.
Nameless King taking out three healthbars there at the end makes me feel vindication. Of every single From game, he's the only boss that I struggle the most with.

One thing that’s so interesting about these games is how experiences with difficulty vary so much from person to person. Like Nameless King is an infamously hard boss but I’ve never died more than 4 times fighting him. Whereas in Elden Ring, i remember hearing that Godfrey wasn’t a particularly tough battle but I died 24 times to him

Imagine Nameless King vs the Blasphemous Serpent. He has the same weapon as the Serpent Hunter Greatspear! And Nameless King also does wind attacks from his weapon like the SHGS!
Putting Nameless King in Faram Azula is just amazing, its like he fits there and actually rules the place Giant tornadoes Dragons roaming around Wind based places Lightning storms Its the perfect place for Nameless King
Nameless king is basically as strong as the bell bearing knight from caelid, since that knight from caelid was shown to be able to defeat radagon in a bjornthebear video
I know this will sound redundant to most, but I wish we could see most of the bosses in their prime. Me personally, Radagon should be a powerhouse, as this man was someone who was the upcoming master of all things. He should be a dexterity monster like his daughter, a powerhouse like his son, be able to use sorcery like his first wife, and use incantations like his second wife(his other half). The Radagon we see in game is just a shell of what should have been, sure he's tough, but if this was prime Radagon, he would be zipping around with tons of spells and incantations, while also making sure that one hit takes like half of the players health.
Always love seeing these types of videos, please keep making more of them. It would be funny if we eventually get to the point where we put all of DS3's roster into ER, it's certainly a far fetched idea, but possible with enough time
The ending with the lightning bolt and his body catching on fire at the point when it strikes is fantastic. How about, Artorias vs Gael vs Maliketh? (I wanted to say Malenia but I think we know who is winning that fight . . . or do we?)
The fact that Radagon was still able to give Nameless King quite the beating in the same-scaling fights, when Radagon is technically only half the boss fight, is pretty damn telling. Radagon is an absolute beast.
I wonder how Manus would fare in Elden Ring. Or maybe Nameless King riding his dragon against Elden Beast. Or Gwyn. Anyway dope video. Always enjoy watching this stuff
Manus for elden ring will be way tooo op. Mayby he will struggle with only malenia (for obvious reason) but other then that his magic and wombo combos wil demolish all er bosses
Manus? I think he wouldn't even past Morgott. He has only 6k HP. He isn't that big of damage dealer, too. He lost against Artorias(not in Canon, obviously) who only has 5k and Kalameet. I also survive his long combo with light not upgraded armour with 27 vigor

nameless is the most fun boss in the series his attacks are so accurate and hard to dodge in first playthrough and building up his poise was really satisfying and feel rewarding to me

I always find it fascinating how elden ring bosses do against souls bosses as the souls bosses seem to deal less damage, indicating that elden ring is a game of higher numbers on pve sides, either as an evolution from older games or a design choice to allow for more spectacle in fighting

@@BlacklistedSoup nice to see you here. First phase of NK definitely hurt entire fight and makes it decrease from S tier Boss to solid A at best. If we count Elden Beast to Radagon, it's very similar situation, but I think these two should be counted as separated Bosses.

I love it at 7:35 when the soul of Cinder is about to do his opening barrage attack the Nameless King just stabs him which stops him dead in his tracks. As if the Kings saying, "Oh no you don't, we are settling this duel the proper way boy."
Usually when I fight Radagon he teleports around a lot more. I feel like you should have done a round 2 in same-scaling to be sure, maybe that’s just me being a Radagon fan tho.
I have to say, seeing radagon deflect nk's wind attacks in the first fight is cool. And gwyn in soc must be disappointed that his son lost in it as well considering he has more health, poise and damage.
@@GrandLynx-kp2zi then again, they pretty much took it out on radagon first before killing each other, and he made a smart move to have soc first damage rad and then kill of half there health for him to finish them both off to be honest, I thought it was a two v one considering both nk and soc were on same sides. Cause if not, it seems soc would have won that last bout if the nameless king ai wasn't doing things quite intelligently.
I started DS3 after a year again and continued in my NG+6 run, and for me Nameless King is still harder than Gael. Defeated Gael in like 4 tries, having to play perfectly without getting hit a single time cause he one shotted me, but I can't get pass Nameless King
I'm gonna hate myself for saying this and I know its going to be unpopular: The whole "Radagon using Marika's hammer" thing is interesting and provides a unique final encounter sure however... After watching the lore videos, and beating Elden Ring 6 times, I really wish that Radagon had been handled differently. It would make the fight harder BUT I think I would have preferred a battle with Radagon more akin to either the Sephiroth or Xemnas boss fights in Kingdom Hearts 2 with Radagon actually using the Golden Order Greatsword. And if the fight was more like Xemnas, have him spawn a holy energy blade in his off-hand for power-stancing.
Because DS3 bosses had more poise and dealt more poise damage than Elden Ring bosses, which is why they poise break the Elden Ring bosses so much and don't get staggered as much against them
Maybe it’s because the toughness of the bosses in the previous works was relatively high, but when it was balanced in later works, the toughness of the bosses in the later works became lower.

Stance damage will always be Radagon's biggest weakness

Malenia heals on hit so if she has three oponents she'll heal trice as much. Also Artorias might be slow at this point compared with the others
Malenia vs Unfair gael, there is the unfair gael mod showcased by paragona where the gael spam hits ever millisecond.
Artorias woild probably be tbe weakest of the bunch, since he's a DS1 boss, he is fast in that game but compare to gael or maliketh he is slow af

Manus was from DS1 which uses a different engine entirely. Elden Ring uses the DS3 engine.

Because DS3 bosses had more poise and dealt more poise damage than Elden Ring bosses, which is why they poise break the Elden Ring bosses so much and don't get staggered as much against them

the problem is with modders
the attacks deals limited amount of poise
Maybe it’s because the toughness of the bosses in the previous works was relatively high, but when it was balanced in later works, the toughness of the bosses in the later works became lower.
