The fact that he can take all of renalla’s attacks (including full moon) without even staggering or reaching second phase and seeming to have a slightly bugged AI is a testament to why this boss is bloodborne’s hardest. Yet still, he seems to be about on par with mohg, which is a testament to how hard Elden ring is as well. Side note: the fact that orphan takes massive damage from just the godskin noble without even the intervention of the apostle is a testament to how bullshit that fight is.
Bloodborne enemies do not have poise. The only way to stagger them is by Charged Attacks to their backs or parry. So it's not a surprise that none of the bosses staggered Kos.
@@u.r.t.v.unit6672 It's simply wrong. Player can stagger all small enemies with light attacks, and player can stagger many bosses dealing enough damage. Kos is not an exception.
@@Terry-sj3rc Stagger as in poise breaking like how you do in Elden Ring. Ofc you can keep hacking away stun locking enemies. Not talking about Stun Locking. Finished it two days ago no boss took more than 6 tries. most were two tries max. i did all but like 2 remembrances. i also did most of the bigger side dungeons and dragons and whatnot. and i gotta say... i think its easyer than DS1 and 3 by far. Must cause it already helps you out a ton. summons, horse, more items, better healing, better weapons and gear, ect. that game basically helps you to overcome stuff on every corner, and if a boss is too hard (which happened twice for me) i just went around the map doing dungeons and stuff that i didnt do yet, and got back with a few more levels and some cool gear upgrades, and beat the aforementioned bosses in like 1-2 tiress each time. so this 100% sounds like you just rushed in with no plan, no prep, no maidens, no life, no nothing :I in short: skill issue
Whenever Radagon took that chunk of health from the orphan with its meteor smash, its like I almost heard him screaming before he transformed. "You think you'te the only one who has wings!?!" MOHG TOO

The Radagon fight was honestly pretty cool. Super close and it felt like a slugmatch with both just smacking eachother blow for blow in the first half.
the fact that mohg couldnt apply bleed greatly contributed to his loss. also orphan never breaking poise is huge since it is a key mechanic in this game
The Orphan doesn’t stagger when you face him in Bloodborne, unless you parry or backstab him. Whenever he does by conventional means, it’s only for 2 seconds.
@@Officerfriendly416 yeah but that’s because bb didn’t have poise He should’ve gotten a poise bar esto make fights fair, or rremove the other bosses bar
The fact that none of the Elden Ring bosses are able to stagger or cancel any of Orphan's attacks but Orphan can stagger them all is a little bit silly but also goes to show that the later bosses in ER just are built different as the start deleting him. I mean the scrub couldn't even get to Malenia's second phase with her no-healing handicap. The Gideon fight was hilarious tho, that guy seems to love the sound of his own voice and can't stop yapping. @@guiltygearalonecompl he could have won to Kos " if his move animation wasn't too slow and his signature move Ash of War Cheese would have been (included ). But then again wouldn't be fair to Kos.
@@EdyeGuevara If Mohg’s bleed had procced at all it would have been no contest. He had the Orphan bathed in bloodflame, it should have hemorrhaged pretty quickly
Side note: the fact that orphan takes massive damage from just the godskin noble without even the intervention of the apostle is a testament to how bullshit that fight is.
mohg is ONLY hard because of his nihil bs. 😂 lol
I'm talking about poise breaking to get a Riposte.
Kos didn't get knocked out a single time from the Elden Ring bosses.
Ds3 Bosses did when fighting Elden Ring bosses.
Poise works differently in Bloodborne than Ds3 and Elden Ring.
@@u.r.t.v.unit6672 Ok, you're talking about posture, my bad. But I'm pretty sure some bosses in Bloodborne can be stunned without parry/backstab like Cleric Beast (Laurence) and Vicar Amelia.
0:51 skipping solider of godrick was criminal offense
Rick would have killed orphan easily anyways
For those that dont know...
The orphan of koss is just a baby...
I would love to see how powerful it would've been if adult
Just so you know how broken Malenia is, she won first phase with 90% hp remaining... even without the healing there was no second phase
from software jumped the shark after bloodborne when it comes to boss difficulty, it's the main reason I stopped playing sekiro halfway through and Elden Ring, ain't got time to kill something 15 times in a row
@@joesaiditstrue You just suck at games. Try something easier like a ubisoft game maybe.
@@joesaiditstruelil bro just sucks at souls game ig😂😂
@@joesaiditstrueafter Bloodborne would also include Dark Souls 3, which is equivalent, or slightly easier. So you're not entirely right.
Sekiro is hard to compare, as it is a different style of combat. I think it's one of the easier mechanics to master.
@@joesaiditstrue i dont play soulslike games that much, and only played DS1 a few hours, and DS3 for even less a few years back. i started my first elden ring run a week ago. Finished it two days ago no boss took more than 6 tries. most were two tries max. i did all but like 2 remembrances. i also did most of the bigger side dungeons and dragons and whatnot. and i gotta say... i think its easyer than DS1 and 3 by far. Must cause it already helps you out a ton. summons, horse, more items, better healing, better weapons and gear, ect. that game basically helps you to overcome stuff on every corner, and if a boss is too hard (which happened twice for me) i just went around the map doing dungeons and stuff that i didnt do yet, and got back with a few more levels and some cool gear upgrades, and beat the aforementioned bosses in like 1-2 tiress each time. so this 100% sounds like you just rushed in with no plan, no prep, no maidens, no life, no nothing :I in short: skill issue
jesus that radagon fight was pure cinema, i was on the edge of my seat,,, the health bars, the anime like fighting with power matching,, amazing
It's almost like they're the same enemy. I thought Radagons fight was familiar.
Whenever Radagon took that chunk of health from the orphan with its meteor smash, its like I almost heard him screaming before he transformed.
"You think you'te the only one who has wings!?!"
MOHG TOO
I've never seen the Elden Beast's attack in which it flies with its "wings" open and does that attack. So beautiful
It's hard to see in the bullethell, but yes. That bossfight has some spectacular moments
yea i always liked the boss for that reason. I get why people hate it cause it really does turn into a bullet hell at times and elden stars is annoying asf, but it really does have some beautiful visuals
Bro when Gideon was speaking orphan was like ”shut up and fight me already, nobody wants to hear you”.
If Miquella is anything like OoK as a boss we're in for a roughass time
cant wait for him to be in the DLC
miquella doesnt look like the aggressive type theres no way
"We are not porting Bloodborne to PC"
Couple years later from some random fan...
"Heres Orphan of Kos fighting Elden Ring Bosses!"
The Radagon fight was honestly pretty cool. Super close and it felt like a slugmatch with both just smacking eachother blow for blow in the first half.
I love how Orphan looks exactly like the kind of wretched, screaming, tortured frame that the ER bosses look like they were made to wail on.
the fact that mohg couldnt apply bleed greatly contributed to his loss. also orphan never breaking poise is huge since it is a key mechanic in this game
Mohg would’ve killed him phase 1 with bleed
And yet he was close to it 😁
The Orphan doesn’t stagger when you face him in Bloodborne, unless you parry or backstab him. Whenever he does by conventional means, it’s only for 2 seconds.
@@Officerfriendly416 yeah but that’s because bb didn’t have poise
He should’ve gotten a poise bar esto make fights fair, or rremove the other bosses bar
@@shimmya Look at Ludwig. His poise can be broken.
Weakest Bloodborne Newborn child vs the Land Between’s strongest warriors.
0:18 had bro screaming for his life 😭
xD
17:46 it’s nice to get a different pov of me fighting orphan for the first time in bloodborne
Funny how Orphan desperately tried to just run away as far from dying Gideon just so he didn't have to listen to him anymore :)
Love the video, love Bloodborne and Elden Ring!
That fight with Radagon was one of the best I’ve seen! They’re an even fight. Gideon was just funny to watch
Seeing Gideon saying, “I knew you would come,” then promptly being rushed by the Orphan was tragic lol
Giving him unbreakable poise was the only reason he beat some of these guys
that fight with radagon and orphan was insane! and the way radagon stabbed orphan in the back with that light spear and orphan just explodes into red mist was so perfect
Sir Gideon: 🤓🤓🤓📘☄️🔵💠🪄✨️🔮⭐️🌟💫
Orphan: 🤬🤬🤬💥💥💥🔥🔥🔥🤜🤜🤜
"Elden ring is the hardest souls game"
Orphan: Hold my placenta
Wonder if its possible to have the pulsating effects that he had in Bloodborne
I was surprised to see the physics for his wings, since every time I usually see imported bb enemies they don't have the physics
Morgott: Thy part in this.. shall Not be forgiven! !
Orphan: this isn't even my final form
I don’t know how you do it, but the character model and moveset integrates so well. I never understand mods but I think stuff like this is awesome 👍👍. This is kind of like a what if? Scenario too.
Stand proud rennala, you were strong
Bro got humiliated 😭
"Nah, I'd win"
Her cosmos beam should've done way more damage. Kos had like 90% absorption, kos would've been bodied if not
@@terrestrialtokerorphan would've destroyed rennala if he wasn't giving her chance to win but she still got clapped without orphan getting to phase 2 that is how weak she is

My favorite Battles were:
Child of Kos vs The Lord of Blood
Child of Kos vs The Star of Darkness
as well as
Child of Kos vs Radagon of the Golden Order
not only were they really cool to watch they also were quite thematic in terms of who is fighting
How about First Elden Lord?
@@uzn8545meh... that was more one-sided
I'm not even mad that Orphan of Kos is better at dodging Waterfowl Dance than I am.
I'm impressed he successfully cleared Rennala's first phase; most of the time it seems that the AI can't figure out what it needs to do to solve the puzzle. I'm glad I was a bit overleveled for Morgott and I interrupted that sword summoning attack, because I doubt I'd have survived that. I think the he did better against the Fire Giant than many of the other bosses who've fought that guy.
Despite literally just being born, he somehow manages to be an absolute unit.
Well ... he's born of what's basically the equivalent of a God in terms of power in the Bloodborn universe, which be extension makes him just as strong. So a newborn with the powers of a God mopping the floor with Demi-Gods sort of checks out.
@@Skynet5885 idk if id say he was mopping the floor with them💀 the late game bosses especially(even with him having infinite stance so he never staggers like the ER bosses and being immune to ER statuses like bleed procs so being immune to nihil). shout outs to the godskin duo for living up to their title as god slayers and maliketh dealing out destined death, and of course malenia who has never known defeat
Getting hit by a meteor just made him angrier ☠️
That fight with mohg was brutal
Plot twist : It's Miquella getting out of his egg, and is getting upset to Mohg
Its like watching a rabid raccoon go on a rampage in the gated community center
Lmaoooo I love how there’s a few great fights and heavy duke outs. Then Gideon just gets absolutely slaughtered.
I just love to imagine some of the bosses reactions in canon seeing something like the Orphan of Kos (or as some say, Kosm) charging at them while screaming constantly and decimating them with a blade-like placenta.
While the stat gap makes it losing predictable, I think Orphan might be the first boss in these kinds of simulations I've seen actually avoid a significant amount of Waterfowl Dance's damage instead of just tanking it all to the face. Not like it was intentionally dodging, obviously, but still neat.
