If because of ban on 500 and 1000 rupees note...m in trouble ...not able to eat or spend and need to sleep in footpath for 2 days ..i am ready for that....this is responsibility of every citizen of India...they may face problems for next 1 month but need to pass this for future of this country
OR, you could just go to a bank, or post office and deposit your 500 and 1000 rs notes and get cash or i am sure you must be having a debit card ..... so no you dont have to be in trouble .. also, if you dont have an account, just go to any bank with your ration card, licence or such and open a 0 balance JAN DHAN account ..

He is not going to pump 2000 rs note and monitor it. Rightnow our economy is not such that we can discontinue big bills but new bills will be very difficult to counterfeit
but it was easy to counterfeit. and i would not help to bring domestic black money back because we have to continue old 500 and 1000 rs bills too

i guess not more than 1% of black money is held in cash..
Rishank Devadiga yes but that black money in cash is helping inflate real estate prices and I think govt should follow market rate for registration of properties. let's not have that concept of having one market rate and a different govt rate. Which contributes to black money and corruption. also every dept including income tax excise transport should have target oriented jobs like there many culprits in this category etc. because yesterday Delhi police could only find 500 unfit vehicles in Delhi roads. Which is insane. id suspect every 1 in 4 to be without pollution compliant.
I'm not saying that this move is useless..
my concern is regarding the big fishes like sharad pawar, gandhis etc. They'd have stashed black money in real estate, foreign exchange, etc.

All is appreciated. But the biggest fishes have black money stacked abroad in terms of stocks, real estate as well as other assets. We are getting our house in order with this step but it is just a small tip of the iceberg. Billions of dollars are still in Swiss banks. Hope that is traced too.... Although it's incredibly hard.
