This. Is one of the best debates. Arnav, you have hit the nail. Yes, people want to hear Spade a Spade. People feel they will be accused of being racists and political parties are playing appeasement politics. COMMON PEOPLE WANT TO SPEAK AND HEAR THE TRUTH NO MATTE HOW BAD IT SOUNDS. We need to accept that there is a rise of Radical Islam and accept the fact that by saying so we are not hitting against common Muslim population!
Second part of the debate again there is a a discussion about how when someone talks about the nationalism ,they are accused of being RSS people. As a result I see that RSS people are not hiding and coming up strongly and taking pride in being RSS because RSS is synonymed with Nationalism. People are taking pride in being nationalist and there are pseudo seculars who are TRYING THEIR BEST to make nationalist feel close minded but they have failed in their effort because so called nationalist are not feeling ashamed of being called Nationalists anymore. The similar thing is happening in USA. A long suppressed working. Blue collars are raising their voice and Hillary lost the elections inspite of Trumps lose character.

Just 5-6 months back he had a debate with Shulabh Kumar about how racist trump was and how he is not supposed to be the president and all and arnab showed his concern that how Muslims of India will have problem travelling to America.... And now when he has become the president the only thing that comes up in his mind are the talks he gave against Islamic terrorism.... The actual issue is that western open societies, because they are open, welcomed cultures from around the world. Some of these cultures (read Muslims) abuse this openness. They criticise the nations and cultures that welcomed them, abuse the freedom of speech and try to turn the countries they escaped to into the countries they escaped from. The original inhabitants of these cultures were fed up of the political correctness of their left liberal leaders, and opt for the right wingers and rightist policies which are in general conservative. This is the reason for Brexit, this the reason for Trump victory, this is the reason for rise of right in European countries like Austria, Hungary, France, etc. If you look closely, one common policy of all these parties is immigration control, including Brexit.

Right vs left dichotomy does not apply to India. It originated from France where the people never bathed, during their daily meetings the elite rich(those who use perfume) sit on the right side of the aisle and the poor(smelly & no perfume) would sit on the left of the aisle.
