My name is Bre. I took two years of small engine repair at the local college. When I left school, I fell into a wonderful job at a local small engine shop where I worked the counter for a couple years. In 2010 my husband and I opened up our own small engine shop in central Arkansas where I am able to work alongside my family and best friends. We saw over 2,000 pieces of small engine equipment every year, and answer 1,000's of small engine questions. We specialize in brands such as Briggs and Stratton, Kohler, Echo and Shindaiwa, but work everyday on MANY other brands like Stihl, Husqvarna, Honda, Craftsman, Remington, Red Max, Troy Bilt, Scag, Bad Boy, Hustler, World Lawn, Poulan, Mantis, Etc.. Hopefully, my experience I share, will save you Time, Money and Frustration in the future!

"Some people will never like you because your spirit irritates their demons."
If the mower felt their machine was ACTUALLY stolen, you would have had a police visit and/or a small claims court summons.
thats an easy way to ignore legitimate criticism
after years of dealing with the public, I no longer trust online negative reviews LOL
Only time I trust negative reviews is if it's the only reviews or if it's more than 5 percent /
I don't trust positive ones either, too many fake reviews.
When I'm looking to purchase any product I look at the reviews, not just the 5⭐ one's, but all of them. I don't trust the 5⭐ one's 100% because company's are known for doing fake one's and some even offer a money giftcard if the leave a 5⭐ review.
@@cliffords.8341 or they give people free stuff in exchange for a review, and as long as you keep giving good reviews they keep giving you stuff. It's sketchy.
never trusting negative reviews, that's a new level of dumb
Don't let it bother you too much. Here in California the BAR was called after I repaired a customer's car. It came in with a misfire and I tracked it down to a burned insulator on one of the spark plug wires. I sold him a new set of spark plug wires and the customer thanked me by calling BAR claiming I ripped him off even though it ran great when he left. BAR inspected the spark plug wires and then came to see me to explain why I had replaced them. They said they ohmed out the wires and there was nothing wrong with them. I asked them if they had noticed the hole burned through the side of one of the insulators. All I got in response was "oh" and they walked out the door. You just can't win them all when it comes to some customers.
All that for a set of plug wires. Not to mention you fixed his car. People are unbelievable
Surprised the BAR would send someone out for something that trivial.
Ohm checking plug wires is a waste of time in my opinion. Hook an adjustable spark tester on the end and run an incandescent test light up and down the wire to see leaks. You could also bust out the scope and WOT the engine and see the turbulence in the spark line disappear. One thing to watch out for if you see a hole blown out the side of the plug boot is that there is a reason that happened. It could be worn out plugs, lean air fuel mixture from vacuum leaks or injector issues causing high KV from the ignition coil. Spark has to go somewhere and if it is easier to pop outside the combustion chamber it will.
what is BAR i assume it's not the BAR that licenses lawyers?

I have been working on RVs for over 26 years (self employed) and no matter how good you are and how well you treat everybody, there is always that one that you can't make happy. Happy birthday Bre. Keep up the good work.
Hill billy rv I s3en ur name and comment and I have an rv that has some leak on the roof over the bathroom and one day I'd like to fix it I have carpentry experience, but don't know where to start on the r.v. because it's not something I e done before..ive watched some videos and have some clue but , would like someone who has alot of experience to ask questions ..thanks in advance
I worked on audio and visual equipment repairs for a few years. You can’t please everyone, what I do remember was the one customer that made it all worthwhile. An expensive portable CD sound system had been damaged by battery leakage. I advised the customer to contact the battery manufacturer. They replaced the unit free of charge. The thank you card I received was just beautiful. Celebrate the wins.
Wow. Some customers can blow your mind. You can fix small engines, but you can't fix stupid! HAPPY BIRTHDAY, BRE! You don't look any older!
It's not so much the "stupid" as it is the rampant dishonesty of people who won't take responsibility for their own actions when they think they can "mine" someone else's pocket for a cost that should come out of their own pocket.
thats why i am single............? well...say this, I dont have to DEAL with inlaws and inlaws relatives!!!!!
I worked for a company that sold expensive custom test equipment. Stuff ranged from 60k$ to 110k$. We had a customer return 2 pieces of equipment for repair through some middleman that we had never heard of before. We ripped it apart to diagnose it and sent a quote. Didn't hear back despite a half dozen emails and phone calls. After a 18 months, we tossed the parts into a scap heap. Two and a half years later, they called looking for it and were ready to sue when I informed them it had been scrapped. Thankfully (and despite a corporate policy that we weren't supposed to keep old emails), I was able to show them that I had repeatedly contacted their middleman but was ignored.
Standard for any large company. Middleman has the maintenance contract for Large Corp Inc. Employee of Large Corp Inc sends Faulty X to you via Middleman. Middleman loses maintenance contract and the Employee of Large Corp Inc. who sent Faulty X in has either changed roles or quit. Asset Management Team at Large Corp Inc. wake up years later and get pissed when they hear you scrapped it as per your company policy.
Hopefully you saved some of the expensive bits for later.
Chickanic, Bre, happy Birthday.... Ignore the idiots.
Sai- Aww.... Well I'd like to wish a happy birthday anyways.
Getting a complaint from the BBB is the equivalent as getting a complaint from the neighborhood watch.
I owned a Firestone tire and repair shop for several years. Initially, I joined the BBB, but in time I learned that it was just a pain in the ---. Every time a customer complained to the BBB I was required to submit a report to them explaining our side of the story (there's always two sides). They invariably ruled in our favor but this never made the customer any happier, so I eventually arrived at the conclusion that I was spending money for a membership that was just causing me extra work. I withdrew our membership and it never affected my business one iota.
your rating is ditermined by how much you donate to the bbb, kind of kike democrat politics.
Yeah, the BBB is just Yelp for old people. Dealing with the BBB is a sucker's proposition these days. It's amazing how many people think that the Better Business Bureau is some government organization that has the power to make businesses do their bidding. The BBB's decades-long advertising campaign has to be one of the most effective ad campaigns in history.
You will still get people that will file with them even if you arent a member. So you can technically ignore the BBB requests, but then if you dont respond it looks kinda sus also.
Keep in mind that as long as you stay a paying member, they will always rule in your favor. 😅
Well Bre working on cars and trucks for 47 years, I seen that and been there and done that. As the saying goes, no good deed goes un-punished. Many times in the shop customers would decline the repairs and my Dianostic fee, so the service advisor no charged it. That meant the mechanic got paid nothing. Kinda make you want to jump on the next job and just waste your time. After years I learned a % of customers would complain to just get it for free. Then they would do it themselves of take it somewhere cheaper to repair. I started deleting the story explaining what was wrong and how I determined it if they declined paying for check out time. The service advisor would get upset, but if they did not pay for it, they was not getting it.
A "Diagnostic Fee" is to pay for the diagnosis. If the customer decides to do the repairs himself, the mechanic still gets the fee for diagnosing the problem. If the customer decides to not pay that fee, he has no rights to the diagnosis.
@@xenaguy01By the same token, if the service writer, one would suppose authorized by the business owner, makes the decision to “No Charge” the customer, the tech should still get paid for their work… although instead of the customer paying, it is a the business owner. These “No Charge” policies can be good for a business, but what is NOT good for the business is shafting their employees, who actually do the work.
If they refuse to pay for my time to diagnose it, for some unknown reason it will be leaving with a "new" problem.
@@scrappy7571 ‘cause THAT would lead to trust and a reputation for honesty. This is why you don’t put things back together again until the fee(s) have been paid. If the customer wants to take it elsewhere for service or service themselves without paying the diagnostic fee, they’ll take it home in boxes.
@@robburross7413 Trust was broken when the customer won't pay me for my time. Gets a new & unrelated problem.

The "BBB" is NOT a governmental agency, it IS a private company that has "members" pay to be "listed". Just ignore them.
EXACTLY, THEY ARE A JOKE, nobody pays attention to them anyways……. Useless company that only crooks usually use.
This includes Angie's List, Home Warranty companies, etc.
The battery failed on my Civic a few yrs ago which was a Honda battery from the dealer and was well under warranty but they didn't honor it due to not having the receipt of purchase. The parts guy told me to write the mileage down and put it in the glovebox, I didn't think it mattered because it's a Honda battery and they marked the date on it. I should've pushed harder because any Honda dealer should honor that battery. They said they had a ton of batteries come back through and all were purchased around the same timeframe. I've always purchased Honda batteries and they had lasted well over 5 yrs with the exception of this one and the way they treated me with the warranty and it was a known problem I haven't even bought anymore parts from that dealership.
As a police sergeant I had to take all kinds of complaints about my officers conduct; most not warranted. My favorite was from a driver that was stopped and warned regarding a turning violation. The complaint was the office never smiled and talked in a monotone voice. The officer was a close friend who was a Marine combat sergeant and she described his demeanor to a "t". While being one of the most competent police officers I ever met, his nickname was "RoboCop". As I explained to the caller, I have known the officer for over 15 years, he was a close personal friend and he attended my wedding. In all that time I have never seen him smile and he always spoke in a deep bass monotone, nothing personal that 's just Dave.
Happy 21st birthday, some people are just plain stupid. Mower most likely had a sticker or placard stating to add oil before cranking. Is what it is!
I took one on an officer for saying yes Mam and no Mam to the complainant. Apparently where she came from no one talked that way. She wanted to complain on me for the same thing. Mam it’s rural Texas and that’s how we were taught to speak to people.
@@brad6665 Lethal (to a new engine) combination: a new owner NEEDING one of those "Must add oil" stickers AND the same person not READING (or can't read) said sticker !
🤣🤣 Kudos to Dave. Did you consider saying “I could take care of that ticket for you”, and changing the warning into a real ticket? Twits are annoying. Ungrateful twits are so much moreso.
Happy Birthday!!! Don’t let that person ruin your day!!! We know you better then that. Love listening to you
Happy Birthday, Bre! May the Lord richly bless your day and your year ahead! Hope you have an awesome day!
A real stolen mower story.... (my wife worked with the daughter... ) her dad left the mower mid mow, I presume incidentally near the street, to go in the house for a moment. Came out and the mower was gone. Forward a year or so and the father sees someone on his mower a couple of streets over. Person claimed he thought since it was left near the street it was being offered up as a "curb alert" freebie. Happy birthday and thanks for the video.
I can see this being an honest mistake in areas where people routinely set stuff out by the trash cans for people to take. I worked in apartment maintenance when I was in college and everything that tenants had abandoned went out to the curb. After graduation, nearly every rental in the city had stuff out by the curb for people to take because the students didn't think it cost-effective to ship their cheap Walmart furniture anywhere.
LOL I ran out of gas with my snow blower at the end of the driveway. Went back to the shed to get my gas can. When I came back out some guy was looking it over and asking why I was throwing it out. Curb side pick up for garbage can be dangerous.
Happy, Happy Birthday!
I just watched a Project Farm video where he compared and tested 'counterfeit' batteries! My car and motorcycle batteries had always had long life, over 7 years, until my most recent. I had it tested by Yuasa at a motorcycle rally in Lake George NY and it failed, Yuasa gave me a new replacement, N/C!
When I closed my handyman service in 2016, after 10 years, I had zero complaints against me. /proud // In 2018, I popped the hood and was surprised that I finally had to replace my 2007 Tundra battery. I figured that was a good life and had the local Toy dealer install another one free and the bill was only $94 and change. Through the years, both all my clients, family members, and I have averaged 4 years to a lead acid battery. Some gel cells and AGMs went for 5-6 years. Happy Birthday, Bre! Have your hubby give you a hug for me.
For all of our farm trucks & tractors which are all gas fueled, we use Deka batteries made East Penn manufacturing in Pennsylvania. We have had them last 11 years in our trucks & most of the time 8 to 10 years in our tractors. Their small engine batteries I don`t think are made by them however. I became so disgusted with the quality of available batteries in our area by everyone, I became a East Penn battery dealer. Surprisingly only save $10 or so per battery even when buying then at wholesale $.
Having a miscellaneous drawer really amused me .
Since I lost my wife nearly six years ago, all our drawers have become miscellaneous 😊 now .Bad news that there's actually some people with the attitudes you describe , I despair at times 😅
@@frederickbooth7970 I've been buying Deka gel batteries for my Gold Wing motorcycle for some time now. The OEM Yuasa batteries would last 4-5 years at best. The last Deka battery I bought went 12 years before finally dying. What I really like about those gel batteries is, 1) that they provide full power consistently even when cranking for a long time (first time starting after six months in storage takes awhile), and 2) the idle discharge rate over winter is VERY slow. Yuasa batteries have steadily declined in a month, requiring frequent charging. The Deka batteries hold their charge well, and only need a little boost every couple of months (and probably don't need it, but I put the charger on just in case).

Happy Birthday, Bre!!! I hope your day was filled with good health, love, and happiness. Chickanic has brought us so much happiness while saving us time, money, and frustration. Thanks and we'll see you next time.
I used to work at a fly fishing shop where I we had a repair service where a customer could drop off their broken fly rod and we'd send them back to the mother ship for repair. We had one that was $1000+ that had been dropped off 5 YEARS prior, not sure why we stored it for so long. I was finally able to get hold of the guy and he came in and picked it up. He didn't have a good excuse.
Happy Birthday Chikanik! It's sad that people are like that. Even if you had put a used motor on that persons mower to get it back running. They probably wouldn't be happy.
I enjoy the videos. Garden looks good. hope all is well despite what that customer did.
Much love and respect.
Happy Birthday, Bre. The problem with the batteries at the box stores is they can sit on the shelf for months or years before they are sold. Years ago the batteries were delivered dry and the acid was added at time of purchase. Can't do that anymore. The clerks kept injuring themselves with the acid. Liability insurers demanded the batteries to be delivered complete. My 2020 Chevy Duramax required both batteries to be replaced after six months. It turned out that GM suffered huge warranty losses for the replacement of hundreds of thousands of batteries. It seems that the factory had been installing batteries that had been sitting in warehouses for three or four years with acid already installed. Go figure.
The cost of living in this litigious society...
Never just instal a new battery without giving it at least 24 hours on an intelligent charger like a CTEK unit as soon as you get home...
That initial 24 to 48 hour charge absolutely tops off the battery to 100% charge....
something it just doesn't have when you just drop the acid in it to "get it going" at the factory/distributor....
I don't know about part stores, but our battery supplier rotates out our batteries if they sit on the shelf too long. Never seen one hit a year old before rotation either.

Happy Birthday, Bre! My Dad would be 89 today and my baby sister is 58 today, born on his birthday in the '60's! I'm my worst critic and I get how sad you feel when hit with something from a disgruntled customer. I can't seem to remind myself that some people are just idiots. The BBB can be a bit dicey at times if you don't pay their fees and obey their rules. They exist to collect fees for ratings and to handle consumer complaints. I used them once against a former Employer and won my case for an improper situation. Just do you. Like looking for eggs in WM without one that's cracked, there's always going to be one. We love you! Btw, I collect pins! I buy some new and others I find in Thrift Stores. Those are the best!
"Very Happy Birthday to you." I love your videos. You have shown this old timer a trick or two. I learned a trick accidentally other day.( It simi worked).
These new digital volt meters, some have voltage sensors. If you lay it, just close to a motor as you pull start it, it will detect spark. Mine did in a series of checks i was doing to a string trimmer.
I ended up buying a coil anyways because it wasn't enough spark, but the detection works...

Reminds me of the time I worked at Sears Parts and Service department back in the 90s. A guy brought his mower in and I tagged it up to be sent off for repair, unfortunately I had been living in the UK for most of my life up until that point, and wasn't quite used to the US date format. So instead of his ride on getting repaired on the 9th of March, it was scheduled for the 3rd of September and was duly lost at the repair depot.
When he came back two months later asking where his mower was, no one could find it. He saw the funny side, helped no doubt by a brand new mower free of charge.
Hi Chickanic
First off , Happy Birthday . I watched the episode and you mentioned a jumpstarter box. I found one by Schumacher which is a supercapacitor . The neat thing about it is that it will charge it self by getting current out of your "dead" battery and it works equally well in freezing cold or boiling hot weather . I bought one and I love it ,Check it out .
Keep up the good work

I owned service oriented businesses as well as a retail business for several years. Although most customers were very satisfied, every once in a while there is a person with the mind set that they are always right and your initial time is not worthwhile. I could write a book about the few customers that thought that they were entitled more than anyone else. It made me appreciate the regular customers more and more.
I work at a body shop. We repair older cars and wrecked trucks to sell. I have seen more crap batteries in the last 2 years then I have my whole life. I have seen new batteries not last a full year before they go bad. Then I seen some go way beyond what they should, but those are always older batteries.
When life deals you lemons you make lemonade!!! Happy birthday...😀😎
Specifically, have a b-day party.
Not me. I make lemonade when i feel like it, not when i'm told.
Your "diagnostic fee" should be higher and should be collected UP FRONT. The copy of the work order you give the customer should designate the amount of time the property will be kept after completion. Charging storage is perfectly appropriate. It is amazing how expensive vertical shaft engines are.🤯
Happy Birthday and many happy returns! 🎂🍾
My birthday is next week
Happy birthday! People have really been getting impossible to deal with. They either dont care that prices have went up everywhere or find an excuse to screw eachother over. I do tree and lawn service we dont have an easy gig!
Happy Birthday "My little Chickadee" kanic.

You can steal my mower anytime!!! Happy Birthday!🎉
Happy Birthday!!!
BBB is a joke. You get a good rating by paying your fees.
You can also ask the Secretary of State office if a corporation is in 'good standing'. Then ask what is required to be in 'good standing'; the answer "pay your fee".
By the way, that mower was stored under my house. How did you get it out without me knowing?
Thank you, I am glad somebody else is aware of that!
Happy Birthday 🎂!! I hope it was the best one yet!
I really like, enjoy, and appreciate your channel! 😃
In 42 years of computer support, I've had idiots like that. Or ones that want me to perform miracles because they are too stupid to do basic maintenance. And my experience with a mower shop when they charged me twice and didn't fix the problem...A mate of mine who knew mowers fixed it and showed me what was wrong and why. Sigh, there is good and bad on both sides sadly. Keep on rocking Chickanic, I salute you.
Just an FYI. The vast majority of batteries these days (especially parts store branded) are made by Exide. If you got 3 years out of one, count yourself lucky. Even the once great Interstate batteries are Exide now. The only ones that I have found to be reliable anymore are Deka. They're good enough that I run my entire house on them. I've got some in service in my vehicles that are 12 years old and still test strong.
I always had great experience with Yuasa batteries in my motorcycle. They are owned by Deka. They are expensive though. For the truck, I bought a $79 Walmart battery with a 1 year warrantee, that was more than 4 years ago.
It amazes me how many people think that other people owe them, I've watched and learned a lot from your videos !!
You are spot-on about the batteries we're buying. The last new one I bought was put in service in July 2023 and is already not wanting to hold a charge. In full disclosure, the Kohler twin is not charging, so I have to charge it manually until I can get the charge problem fixed. It won't even hold like a 25% charge anymore. I usually count on about 3~4 years use, but I don't think that's the case anymore.
Big surprise. The number of products you find these days that actually give you your money's worth is practically zero.
In fact, if you find a product that is actually worth the money, you should be crowing about it to all of your contacts. It's a rare thing anymore.
Starting batteries are definitely way less tolerant to a deep discharge than they used to be. Just one such event can significantly impact their capacity now.
Happy Birthday Chic.,..🎉🎉🎉

I've been in the motorcycle industry "service department" since May 1979 and the last 14 years in parts & accessory sales and service repair. Unfortunately there's always someone that no matter what you do, they're not happy. There's a saying " You can't please everyone all the time, but you can some people all the time". Happy Birthday! I had a factory-OEM battery in a Toyota last 9 years. Then I had a store-bought battery last 30 months...with a silly pro-rate warranty which was useless. Lesson here = batteries now are lucky to last 36 months. I wonder how much effort that customer spent to have internet, a computer and write a complaint than just contact you and explain their ignorance.
Happy Birthday 🎂 and THANKS FOR THE VIDEO
Happy Birthday! $200+ for a relatively small car battery is ridiculous!
You always have good advice! I have been doing lawn care for about 55 years and have some equipment that is 25 years old that I never have had to work on. My secret is Non Ethynol Gas. Regular gas as you have stated just goes bad after a while and should not be used in any lawn equipment. Most lawn equipment as you know is not run like are cars which are run more frequently and it just gets gummy and sticky in the fuel systems. Anyways LOL Non Ethynol Gas is the way to go if you can.
Happy birthday, Bre. The prime highest quality lead was bought up by Chinese manufacturers from the mines in Herculaneum, Leadville, and other lead mining towns in Missouri. That left poor quality lead for our makers of batteries to use as raw materials. Many motorcycle batteries are one year warranty. Lawnmower batteries, well that's your field of expertise. The last battery I got for the John Deere 318 last month was only a 90 day warranty, bought on Central Ave in Hot Springs AR.
People believe what they want to believe....but that doesn't make it a fact. Don't let the haters get you down. I like your channel. Good information and good tips.
Happy belated Birthday.
My last battery (Toyota) lasted 9 years, likely be swapping its 3 year old replacement this year.

Hi Bre!
Excellent youtube channel and dealing with the public is always a pain because the people always wants something for nothing. Love your channel! You mentioned the car battery dying without any warning and that is so very true anymore and I'm not sure why they do that. You can start your vehicle and drive it, no warnings, park and go inside, come back out and try to start the vehicle and its dead as can be. Like you mentioned, it’s a $200.00 dollar bill to replace the battery! Keep doing what you're doing, we love ya!
Happy Birthday! I bought a Durastart battery at my local Oklahoma farm store in 2018 for 99.00 and it went bad last month, bought another Durastart of the exact same make and model last month price went up to 119.00, but pretty good for a battery that lasts 6 years
Happy Birthday ! ! ! Hope you had a wonderful day ! ! ! ! !
Happy birthday!
Idiots and ticks are kinda the same thing, we try to avoid them but a few sneak in!
Happy Birthday Bre and have a great weekend be safe 🎂💕😎
Happy happy happy birthday!!! Hope you had a great day and celebrate.
Happy birthday! I have a friend who is a master mechanic originally from Germany . He said the best car batteries now are the Napa Legend brand.
Interstate used to be good but not anymore
Happy belated birthday! I just got to this video since I watch so many different channels. Six complaints is not bad at all after that many years of dealing with the public. They are a pain sometimes.
Happy (now belated) belated birthday young lady 🎉. May you be blessed with many more. And thanks for all you do.
Happy Birthday. I agree with the comments that you can't fix stupid and am sorry you got a BBB complaint for something entirely out of your control. I've followed your channel for some time now. Learned a lot about small engine repair. Have applied it successfully except for a Poulan chainsaw that was just a disaster. I really appreciate what you do as do many others. Please keep it up and ignore stupid.
Don't you just love people who want the world from service providers but don't want to take responsibility for their actions or inactions like the guy with the mower? Kinda like Hunter, who left his laptop at a repair shop for a couple of years, and it had all his bad deeds on it in video. Wow, so smart. Not really.
Oh Happy Birthday!
Love your youtube channel.
Happy birthday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I buy my car batteries at Walmart. They are half the price of the auto parts stores and last just as long. I usually change mine out every five years. Only once have I had to jump one of them and I think we left something on. Luckily, I do have a jump box.
I am a new subscriber and have watched several of your videos the last few days. I saw one where you talked about honda recalling a few of their push mower and pressure washer engines. Thank you for keeping up with these types of things for us. I bought a craftsman pw from lowes last year that has the engine that is on recall. Runny how I have not received any correspondence from anyone concerning this. I have had this pw in the shop twice for fuel related problems. But not only that, I experienced the same recoil snatchback that you talked about. It just about broke my wrist. I will be taking it in for replacement or refund. Thanks again for the videos and keeping us informed. BTW, best regards to Ron and hope and pray for a speedy recovery.
Happy Belated Birthday 🎉Bree you’re the best!
The mower repair shop just up the road has well over a hundred riders out back, sitting in the rainy PNW weather. I'm thinking it must be hidden in among those...
You rock, and I trust you completely.
Happy Birthday Brie!!!! Your YT channel always has great info and advice! Here's to another 100K subs.....
I have a Pc repair business. I run into this alot, people will not come pickup repaired or not worth fixing units. I had one lady drop off a laptop that was repaired i called her multiple times, left voice mails, etc. I sat the laptop on the rack and actually forgot about it for over 14 months. One last time i tried to call the customer with no answer. I sold the laptop to another individual the next day to recoup my cost and clear the shelf. I kid you not the lady that originally owned the computer called the next day after i sold it wanting to come pick it up. I explained its gone and i tried multiple times to contact her. She was understanding and i never heard from her again.
Happy belated birthday to the kindest, most helpful and ‘purdiest’ small engine mechanic on TH-cam!
Thanks for sharing your knowledge and stories. Cheers from Montreal, Canada!
purdiest????? say it man!!!!!! cutie, pretty, talented, sweetheart, enough! dont want the hubby to come to my place with a machete :)
Happy Belated Birthday!
My Gooloo stays in my car all the time.
I ,again, want to say thank you for your videos. The tips you provide are priceless and have helped me in the past. Have a groovy day!
I just love love love love your channel. You are amazing. I don’t know how you deal with all the idiots in this world! We’ve purchased many things per your recommendations. Keep up the great work ❤
Happy birthday sweetie! Hope it was a good one.
I've had great results with autozone duralast gold batteries. Got six and a half on one, and have almost six on another. The same company makes them make the die-hard batteries. Happy Birthday 🎂
Happy Bday! And you know that some people either try to rip you off, or just live to B&C about everything. Definitely a cool mug! With all your flock, you are definitely CHICKanic! 😂
Happy Birthday BRE ,,,, I have a few NHRA pins from back when I drag raced in the 80's , if I can find them I'll send you one for your hat , Stay cool and enjoy that pool
The guy that complained to the BBB is a idiot and he should apologize to you for the false claim. You tried your best to contact him and he was not available, so you don't owe him anything, he failed his part to do, so you have no responsiblity to him after his time expired! Happy Birthday.
Happy Birthday Bri, Love what you do for us all, Great job! Have fun today!
Your skin may have "hardened" but you still have a soft heart! Hard not to take unjustified complaints personally. But having a sense of humor about it certainly helps. This particular customer is always blaming others for his own mistakes. Three calls AND a postcard should suffice as proper warning. And noted, as you already have.
So, you're saying if we act stupid and make a bogus complaint, we can get a mention on your video??? AWESOME!!
I think I have some pins stuck somewhere, that I can send your way. Happy Birthday and thank you for sharing your knowledge.
Happy Birthday!!! My most amusing complaint as a university instructor was from a student who A) threw his next to last assignment paperwork at me/missed and hit my department boss, B) Complained that I never announced the final (which was written on the board ten days before the final - nine of those days he was absent), C) Claimed he was too busy helping others to do his work (chronically late - hoping he wasn't helping given that his first test grade was a zero, next was a 50, you get the idea where this was going). He went on and on. He wrote the dean (my boss', boss' (the one he hit with his paperwork), boss. They requested the grade I assigned and the grades I assigned in the course. I can't go into detail, but he was notified that school policies disagreed, but he could replace that grade by retaking the course. What he wasn't told was that I was the ONLY instructor on four campuses that taught that subject. I was later told that he switched to a general education major - and almost failed that. I've taught for nearly 30 years and only had four complaints. There are always idiots. Keep on educating us about mowers. You've already helped me learn about my annoying 30" riding mower.
I bought myself a Gooloo following your, and a couple of others reviews, I have to agree, it's started my late Wildtrak many times ((It's been written off now 😭and I never got around to replacing the battery )
Very impressed with the Gooloo, and, of course, you channel.
Best regards form over the pond in the UK.
Oh, and happy birthday!!
We had a 2002 Honda CRV - the OEM battery lasted until 2014! By the time we traded it in 2018 - we had replaced the battery 2 twice! Meaning, the OEM battery lasted 12 years and the new battery lasted 2 years.
chicky all the stuff you mentioned is why i dont miss the mower shop at all
Happy B-Day! Love your channel. If you have any turnips in your garden send some to the guy who wants a new mower from you and tell him he has a better chance of getting some blood out of them then a new mower out of you.🤣🎂
