Awesome New York Strip Steak!! Reverse Seared! WOW!

I seasoned with black pepper and garlic salt. I got my coals scorching hot. Put the steak on for 8 minutes on the first cool zone. The grill was at 350F. It got to about 130F internal. I then moved them over the coals for 2 minutes a side. Pulled and ate. They were awesome!!
