As someone who doesn't currently own a probe or have the money for it.. I would love if you or any of yall cooks could tell me based on degrees and time spent.. what the time was between putting it in the oven and before u took it out? LIke for instance.. 250 degrees for what.. 15-20 minutes?

I absolutely love that grill especially with the searing grill attached to the side. That's ingenious. I'm sorry I do have to complain about the temp you cook your steaks 🤣 yes, I'm one of those guys who pulls off at 100 and reverse sears to 115 or 120.
