by being done with every texture pack, do you mean you won't be making any such mods in the future?
@@jerbs5346 It's not a matter of time or effort, but rather them deciding to target consoles first and foremost and deciding to not re-render the source textures for good quality on PC (they could do this if they wanted & still had the source textures).
I hope Arkham origins is next on the list

I've been following these projects for a few years now and after Kevin Conroy's passing this is nice to see again.
The Arkham games honestly have an almost timeless art style. They still look really good today.

That's why art style matters, there's PS2 games that still look good today, and that's why mirror's edge will always look good too, and games that only focus on being realistic will get dated
Silent Hill is a really good example of a unique art style that looks amazing today

The creator of this mod doesn't want to do remaster of origins, even though as you said, it needs it the most. The game was obviously rushed and it painfully shows

After a few hours of 30fps and having the whole map disappear beneath my feet, I gave up on Return to Arkham and now going to install this mod to the original GOTY edition. The Asylum mod was so good, this is definitely going to be king shit too!
Fucking great work, everything looks better here without sacrificing the original art design like in the official remasters

Honestly, the only thing I wish for more is that DXVK worked on Windows for DX11 mode in conjunction with this and the new Advance Launcher (not y'alls responsibility obviously).

Okay so Not sure if you'd reply but I'm using your advanced launcher does the Catwoman story dlc check mark enable or disable the dlc when checked? Coz the tooltip says disable but I'm confused.

THIS is what the remaster SHOULD’VE looked like. I mean I’m glad we have a remaster at all so I can play it on my PS4 but MAN imagine If this was what we got. In a perfect world I guess. Really glad PC players are getting this tho! Just might have to get it on my PC myself, already played through Origins a few times on it, now off to do the rest (most excited for Knight and free roam mods for the other characters)

Beyond updating the textures of texts and color lines there's not much changed as it would've been better had rocksteady done a proper remaster of asylum and city with knights engine upgrade
Btw. Does this game has some engine limitation, that it is hard to run at 4K 60fps? I know that physx mess it up, but I want it 🤣

Thank you, the official remasters had some nice textures but so many other issues, this makes the PC port the definitive way to play.
