Hola!
Hey man im european and the only part i didnt understand was 7/8 of an inch part do you mind explaining it for a school project (wood work) ur a life saver so far i havent found any instructions for like 4 lessons
Make sure. If your plywood has a natural bend or warp. Flat non sanded side down. When you press on the sanded side trailing edge up. When you press on the nose or rear tips the boomerang will rock.
Thank you for this! I bought a boomerang off Amazon but it had no airfoils on and it didnt even fly let alone return. I'm going to sand it down and see if I can get it to work.
thanks for sharing your knowledge. I would like to learn to do the others, I live in Brazil. I've been following you on Instagram for a while now. thank you again
I got the impression some of your words were back to front. I've made boomerangs for years and in my parlance (for a normal right handed boomerang) you throw them "tip first" and "rounded side" to your face with a bevel on the leading edge and remote from your face so other side of the rounded surface. I make them the same way as an ex Australian champion thrower did, so I am confident in what I say. Is your way better or did I just see it wrong ?
My granddaughter showed me this video, I'm going to try make her one. Your very good at explaining how to make them

What is your breakage rate with this thickness of board? My results were less than desirable.
Are you sure you are using 5mm (3/16 inch) wood? I just bought some and visually it seems thinner than what you are using here.
Las alas pueden ser de 5cm de ancho?
Subbed!
