0:35 That sounds like a distinction without a difference to me.

Affect regulation is such an important distinction to raise here but enough of a nuance that most will continue to overlook it.

Wow, is it possible that a narcissist, who is having a "narcisstic injury" because they are so deeply insecure when corrected or challenged, they will forget the details or remember them in a way that makes them feel better? If there is a trauma because of correction, it is may be possible that they really do not remember correctly because of the response to self protection.

My experience with narcissistic justification is not that they really forget, but they use the first (incorrect) trauma as an excuse to deal with their further unjust reactions to similar situation that may be just but the narc will just judge it as unjust because of their early trauma experience which was not unjust.

@@willtestoi6739 Oh, here's someone reproducing the loop of subconscious childhood trauma's. You're pretty toxic to assume the brain is wrong when feeling wronged.

She's likely lying. She would be good at it. I don't believe her.

Interesting how many women cover this topic.
Could this be bcs women are more communicative and therefore better suited for this field?

Meyer P 2011 did a better job and didn’t inaccurately say metoo is believable but others are not. I wonder each of their political affiliation as well, everyone goes after bill for that one it’s a good example . Just wondering being that educated where one lands seeing what’s going on in the country now

We do not all tell several lies every day. Your credibility went out the window with that statement.

Think it through. When asked how you’re doing, do you routinely give a positive answer? “Great”. “OK” etc. are you doing great or is that a lie? Not all lies are about the biggest fish caught. Many lies are simply social interactions that don’t require truth.
