      @@LeonardoSantana77 just stay on a lower carb diet, period and carb cycle. Intermittent fasting and yes apple cider vinegar is key. Also black tea(unsweetened) Teas are key. Watch starches. My triglycerides were at 490. My cholesterol was 300. Now the last time my triglycerides were checked at 66. My sugar was 77( I was on a 16 hour fast with apple cider vinegar) my normal is around 100 to 105. I hope this helps. But keep up with your doctor always. Always consult the doctor as well. Oh beet supplement will also help. Vitamin d3 with k2. I have my friends down at work she just had her tests shes down from 450 to 190 in her triglycerides. ❤☮🕯🙏

    When I went low carb first then dropped into keto, my triglycerides were high before I went low carb, because I had a doctor that wanted me on whole wheat products, so I listened. Wish i wouldn't have. Went to have my blood drawn, omg my triglycerides were near 300(normal is 100 or below). So after being diagnosed with N.A.F.L.D(non alcoholic fatty liver disease) I was researching how to cure this. Stumbled upon Thomas and Dr.Berg. As soon as I went on low carb/keto all my numbers including cholesterol and liver enzymes went to normal. The last blood draw I had done my triglycerides were 65, sugar was at 70 and L.d.l was lower and my good cholesterol went up, I forgot those numbers. My new dr. Freaked and is like what are you doing? I told him he said keep it up, I also included way more veggies and took most dairy out or my diet. Plus apple cider vinegar drinks, with turmeric and ginger. This worked for me along with moderate exercise. I hope this helps people☮

    I'm so glad I found your channel. My father at 66 passed away 10 days ago from undiagnosed cirrhosis of the liver. He never drank, or smoked. His sudden passing was a huge eye opener for me.

    Very interesting video to understand triglycerides. I've been on keto now for about 6 months. I lost 14kg, but far more important to me were my blood test results. My cholesterol was at over 300 before I started keto with a disastrous balance between HDL and LDL. My triglycerides used to be at a dangerous level of 770mg/dL!!! After 6 months of lazy keto my cholesterol is at 190 with a perfect balance between good and bad and my triglycerides are at 151! This new life style (I hesitate calling it a diet) is a life saver! And (and I will repeat this over and over again), my success is due to a very large part to this channel. I can't thank you enough! 🙏🏼😉

    In short actually , When 'food' is in the intestine it goes into the bloodstream, the transport vehicle will be the Chylomicrons ,Which is from the intestine to the liver through the bloodstream Which carries triglycerides and cholesterol , When we are actually testing triglycerides we are actually measuring VLDL, which is the transport vehicle of Triglycerides and colesterol as well , That's why it's important to fast before taking the triglyceride test. the VLDL goes from the liver to the tissues through the bloodstream as well , The main function of VLDL is to transport triglycerides for energy production or storage. When this function of VLDL is performed now it turns out in supposedly instantaneously in LDL , so Now just now when we are talking about LDL and HDL We are really talking about cholesterol, which in short cholesterol is used by the cell for cellular maintenance and so on, In a nutshell triglycerides for energy and cholesterol for cellular maintenance and hormone production , Now to understand once and for all LDL and HDL, yes these 2 will also have triglycerides, but the main function of LDL is to carry cholesterol to the cells and HDL to Remove excess cholesterol

      as much as I know, when it comes from animals purine, the body will only "take" the uric acid needed and clear the rest of the purine out of the body without even touching it xD it's harmless, they are pathways to control it safely;
      However, fructose, alcohols, etc, ALSO create uric acid as a bio-product of their behing digested... and such form is far more difficult to excreate..
      (that's why you would find people eating Highfructse corn syrup and beer having gout, and not carnivore dieters)

    also dont forget healthy fats : avocados + eggs + olive oil - and non saturated fats

      If you're doing keto, sweet potato would be a better choice as it has a lower glycemic index. Whole grain rice is a good choice if you're not doing keto and you're physically active, but a good whole grain bread would also be acceptable (something old fashioned and heavy, like Ezekiel bread, or traditional whole wheat sourdough, not fluffy sandwich bread).
      Some people on keto diets can eat beans (particularly if they are physically active) and these are good sources of low glycemic carbs and protein. If you have genetic mutations like APOE4, this is especially useful as many are decent sources of lean protein.
