    Hi Ogaga, l just started my journey as a an aspiring project management professional l last month as a birthday present to myself purchased the full online CAPM collection in project management through learning people , I now just beginning my studies my dilemma is which of the 4 certifications to start studying first. CAPM. , or do prince 2 foundation first, then practitioner and prince 2 agile and CAPM last , l have until mid May 2024 to pass all 4 exams. I started watching your videos and seek your advice. Hope to hear from you. Mark from Hackney.

    • @ogagajohnson
      @ogagajohnson  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hello Mark from Hackney, thanks for writing to me. It depends...from a productivity point of view, having quick wins could help increase your momentum and drive. For quick wins, you could start with the Prince 2 certifications as these can be done within a week. Passing this would boost your confidence to go for the next one. However, you could eat the frog first and go for CAPM, knowing that once you pass the CAPM, the others will be easy to pass (a walk in the park). I hope this helps.

    Hi OJ l about the start studying for CAPM collection beginning with CAPM , then plan to study prince 2 foundation and practitioner and finally prince 2 agile. I only have six months experience of working on a project. Homes for Ukraine 🇺🇦 for a local authority. Camden l have been gaining experience of project deliverables more project coordination. Would you say that CAPM is more global. As l want to be able to be a project manager abroad. In the Caribbean /Africa. I just recently subscribed. I look more you advice in terms my journey as an aspiring project manager. I look 👀 to your advice

      Yes, CAPM is globally recognized and a certification I'll recommend for entry-level project managers.

    I just passed my PMP 2days ago. I had my CAPM in 2019 and CSM last year while working Telecommunication and banking industry. I am trying to transition from the Banking industry as a financial advisor to an Agile project manager/scrum master. I am currently dealing with imposter syndrome 😪 what's your recommendation?

    • @ogagajohnson
      @ogagajohnson  11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Congratulations! PMP certified. Yes!!! You just passed an exam that is globally recognized and very difficult. People with lots of PM experience fail this exam. But you! You passed it. It shows that you are a Project Management Professional. Own it! You can also watch my video where I share how I'm overcoming imposter syndrome: th-cam.com/video/Tcqfyc0X5sM/w-d-xo.htmlsi=iKFYPSJdc8CO3tpz

    Can a PMP certified project/program manager pivot into product management?

    • @ogagajohnson
      @ogagajohnson  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      There are many transferable skills in project management that product management uses. However, there will definitely be some upskilling required.

  • @abiodundapo1691
    @abiodundapo1691 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Is product manager same as product owner ?

    • @ogagajohnson
      @ogagajohnson  ปีที่แล้ว

      No, they're not. However, the product owner can transition to a product manager easily.
