I walk just like her if not worse! It's been years! Two full hip replacements and now my right knee is. Bowing in now And it pops out loud repeatedly to the extent that people can hear it! I'm scared, but I know that I can't leave it like this either She's so happy! ❤🎉

@dominicgalloway4481 I've been going to a chiropractor for years. It helps keep my chronic neck pain in check and helps with my blood flow and my health. It depends on what you go there for and how long.

    • @dominicgalloway4481
      @dominicgalloway4481 ปีที่แล้ว +1

@@Inuko15 they're likely ruining your neck worse than it was already. It would be better to go to a physical therapist and have them assist you in a neck workout routine. If you are convinced that it's helping, then keep at it. Cracking bones isn't a cure, even if it gives you a few days of temporary release. Look up the history of chiropracty. It's nothing but a big scam and a placebo affect.

Kinda gross details perhaps but I had my own emergency visit to the chiro a couple years ago and in the day or two following I blew like a ton of yellow snot out of my nose. It was like the late stages getting over a cold when your nose finally clears up except it was like never ending. So much snot and I guess that was just building up my whole life idk. Felt like I got hit by a bus and was sent to the astral realm or whatever with doctor strange. Changed my life so dramatically I could write a book about it.

Not every chiropractor is this expert, and it sometimes takes more than one session to undo a big knot like this. Also, the lady is the perfect patient: she took deep breaths, didn't cease up, and went with the flow, fearlessly.
I wrecked my back at age 27, and at 53 met a miracle man like this. It took some shopping around. I remember walking out literally 2 inches taller, lungs open, able to touch my toes.

Don’t rely only on adjustments. Continue rehabilitation exercises to build up strength on the weak parts of your body; Otherwise you’ll be going for an adjustment for the rest of your life.

Reminds me of the "make all drugs legal to reduce crime" plan.
It was successful in some countries because they had rehab facilities in play BEFORE exercising the new law.
Places like Oregon only decriminalized the drugs sans the help addicts need to get back on their feet; leaving them in a state of withdrawal limbo.

Well, essentially there's this stuff in between your vertibrae that prevents the bone from running over each other, it is what makes your spine and other bones flexible.
When you have a bad posture or lifted something wrong, it can cause one side to be under far more stress, re-altering those layers in between the bone. Over time this becomes a real issue and can even misalign your feet, causing even more stress on those sides of the bones when you essentially put most of your weight on a small part of those bones.
By pulling in the right places you can re-align these things for a brief period of time, but ultimately it's not enough to fix the problem, the main issue is the wrong posture and therefor it can't be fixed with chiro permanently.
Imagine a boat with holes in it, now you can pump out the water from inside the boat which looks like it fixes it, but after going out on water your boat will be filled with water again. So the real solution is to fix the holes in the ship, not to scoop out the water inside the ship.
Physical therapy, posture correcting and the likes can be a permanent solution, chiro is pretty much useless because it's a temporary relief and you'd have to come back every few weeks/months forever.@@imheretocausetrouble2156

On top of that (speaking from experience and two herniated disks), she's also got to do stabilization exercises and build muscle back up to keep that bone "infrastructure" in place. That and stretching. You need all three: chiropractic care, strength training, and stretching, to reverse all the years of dealing with the changed gait and body trying to protect the injured areas.

@@StevieMcKenna10there has never been any evidence that chiropractors provide anything beyond short term temporary pain relief.
To fix these problems you need lots of physical therapy.

If her prayers are answered then why is she there letting a physical man do it ? Do prayers only work if a human being is the one physically doing it ?
