Not every chiropractor is this expert, and it sometimes takes more than one session to undo a big knot like this. Also, the lady is the perfect patient: she took deep breaths, didn't cease up, and went with the flow, fearlessly. I wrecked my back at age 27, and at 53 met a miracle man like this. It took some shopping around. I remember walking out literally 2 inches taller, lungs open, able to touch my toes.
Don’t rely only on adjustments. Continue rehabilitation exercises to build up strength on the weak parts of your body; Otherwise you’ll be going for an adjustment for the rest of your life. -just some advice from a doctor that started their career as a chiropractor before moving to Orthopedic Medicine when he found out how little effective his original practice was.
Exactly, when you have a muscle imbalance, releasing the air around the joint might temporarily give you some additional movement, but it has done nothing to correct the muscle imbalance.
Reminds me of the "make all drugs legal to reduce crime" plan. It was successful in some countries because they had rehab facilities in play BEFORE exercising the new law. Places like Oregon only decriminalized the drugs sans the help addicts need to get back on their feet; leaving them in a state of withdrawal limbo.

Knee replacement isn't always beneficial. My neighbor of 30 years had both her knees replaced and was wheelchair bound for the rest of her life. When it was suggested to my mom to have one we both agreed not to. She's almost 64, she's fine with walking with a cane.

absolutely, chiros don't actually fix anything. It can actually make things worse because the muscles tighten back up and get even more tense than before the "treatment" because the sudden pulling etc can be interpreted as a form of shock by the body.
Well, essentially there's this stuff in between your vertibrae that prevents the bone from running over each other, it is what makes your spine and other bones flexible. When you have a bad posture or lifted something wrong, it can cause one side to be under far more stress, re-altering those layers in between the bone. Over time this becomes a real issue and can even misalign your feet, causing even more stress on those sides of the bones when you essentially put most of your weight on a small part of those bones. By pulling in the right places you can re-align these things for a brief period of time, but ultimately it's not enough to fix the problem, the main issue is the wrong posture and therefor it can't be fixed with chiro permanently. Imagine a boat with holes in it, now you can pump out the water from inside the boat which looks like it fixes it, but after going out on water your boat will be filled with water again. So the real solution is to fix the holes in the ship, not to scoop out the water inside the ship. Physical therapy, posture correcting and the likes can be a permanent solution, chiro is pretty much useless because it's a temporary relief and you'd have to come back every few weeks/months forever.@@imheretocausetrouble2156
@@taserrrI think a little bit of a combination is really good. But you're right, it definitely can't help alone. You have to take the advantage that you get right after. My father limped for several years and he didn’t realize it. It came about slowly but after pointing it out he went to the doctor and they popped his hip and gave him physical therapy. One week later he was no longer limping and realized he had been in pain for a long time. Amazing what we can endure through ignorance and normalization.

My father got around for years with all five metatarsals broken in half in one foot. He would complain his foot hurt. Doctors just sent him away, until one day a doctor actually looked at his foot and x-rayed it and saw the bones were all broken and messed up. The bones had to be wired together like beads.
I need this. I've been walking with a limp for 13 years and no one can tell me why. So many xrays, ct scans and nothing, no arthritis, knee is fine! If this man can fix me I'll be the national spokesperson for his organization 😂. ❤
Please dont encourage snake oil salesman. This is beyond dangerous and not effective. This woman desperately, desperately, desperately needs a real doctor (physical therapist). Calling them a snake oil salesman isn't even fair, really, because snake oil won't kill you. Dissection of a vertebral artery will kill you, and chiropractors kill people this way every day.

Hhhhmmmm.... good point about the physical therapy. Many people see a chiropractor and do not do any of the stretching they recommend, exercise or therapy.
Yep. She didn’t get like that over night and that sure as hell didn’t fix the problem. That was only a bandaid on a deep cut. If she wants to truly fix it she needs to retrain the muscles and that’s only happening from physical therapy.

Thank god- sorry you suffered. If you find a low inflammation diet, you can be almost pain free. See Dr. Shawn Baker. Read Young Forever- Hyman. It worked for me big time.
I don't knock going to the chiropractor! However, take x rays before going!! I went to urgent care and they said I had a slipped disc. A lot of people told me to go see the chiropractor. It took three months to get into a specialist. My specialist told me my back is broke and if I had gone...it could've paralyzed me. I've seen how much chiropractors can help people. The way they freely move compared to before they went in. I just recomment being on the safe side! Nothing, but love here.❤
@shawaneeworley-head3994 I was unaware of this as I've never been. I figured a warning would be in favor. Also, I got x rays at the hospital where they said it was just a slipped disc. If the chiropractor were to think the same thing, then it would paralyze a person. I'm not sure how often this actually happens, but I know I don't wanna be paralyzed. 🤣 Thanks for educating me!😁
@shawaneeworley-head3994 Sadly not all of them do. I thought the same until I went to Joint Chiropractic. And they made my scoliosis worse because they didn't x-ray me since my symptoms weren't "that bad". But a different chiropractor I went to did x ray (years prior to the scoliosis)! Lesson learned: don't let them touch you unless they give you an x ray!

God Bless her.. I hope she can continue to get better and find some relief. Having to still live life around constant pain is just awful. It really is. I felt that last release of breath she did right after he did her neck. It’s the most amazing feeling. A lot of people don’t think Chiropractors really do anything. Every time I hear people say that I always say “you must not have went to the right one.. I know for a fact they do”. I became a believer when my chiropractor got rid of my migraines after going for a little over a month. Once she got my alignment right, it was insane at how different I felt.
On top of that (speaking from experience and two herniated disks), she's also got to do stabilization exercises and build muscle back up to keep that bone "infrastructure" in place. That and stretching. You need all three: chiropractic care, strength training, and stretching, to reverse all the years of dealing with the changed gait and body trying to protect the injured areas.
You can combine chiro, pt and massage therapy into their rehabilitation. The patient has to be consistent with it. Depending on how severe they are when they start, they may have to come in 3 times a week for a month.

Nailed it. As a former athlete I went through the same

Exactly it’s just like cracking your knuckles you can always crack them again it’s just in different bones like your back, hip, etc…
It's a posture problem, I think it can be fixed
Exactly 💯
absolutely, chiros don't actually fix anything. It can actually make things worse because the muscles tighten back up and get even more tense than before the "treatment" because the sudden pulling etc can be interpreted as a form of shock by the body.
That's the thing with chiropractic. They help maintain your spinal alignment. Better than the risks of surgery.
Really hope she recovers fully and can walk and move properly again
11k likes.. damn, didn’t expect that.
I don't think you understand what chiro does.
It never fully recovers, you'd have to keep coming back. Better to get some PT instead.
@@taserrr I’ll be honest.. I don’t fully understand.
@@taserrrafter 1 year of PT for a back pain and its still there and cripeling I dont think it works that great

Were they lighter adjustments? I have lumbar scoliosis and I’m really hoping to get lasting adjustments to relieve some back pain, it should NOT be this bad at just 20 years old 😭
@@ashdelkinsdon’t get chiro. Go see a massage physical therapy specialist. From one scoliosis patient to another. You’ll do more damage than you’ll ever know.
😂😂😂😂😂the sound effects say everything!!!!! It really feels like that 😂😂
I'm sad for people who don't get adequate medical help for different illnesses. I am sure this lady didn't last 6 years enduring pain everyday without seeking medical help. I almost feel like lots of doctors don't truly care to help people in need, 6 years is a long time to be juggling all of life's responsibilities, stress, and life dramas along side with PAIN. I am glad she was able to finally get some relief 😢 hope she continues to get positive results toward a pain-free body!❤❤❤❤
I agree- that term quiet quitting has spread across all professions. Covid exacerbated it on the health care system. So many lost their passion and either don't care or just use people as guinea pigs instead of trying to look at wellness as a whole.
Crappy women keep denything their hidden decent fathers. So where exactly are these quality medical staff going to come from while single mother feminist leaves kid with creepy strangers while she does free overtime for some corporate creep? Don't have kids till 40 so kids grandeparent got dementia
@@tegandnethersole Covid just exposed the rot that was already there. The "health care" community is a joke.
MDs only learn about the sceletal structure in the first years of medical school. They are not trained in treating these kinds of conditions. One more reason why the so-called alternative treatments need to be integrated into the healthcare system.
yep having to treat degenerative disk disease with Tylenol
When going to a chiropractor, just be certain it's really working for you. I hurt my lower back and I chose a chiropractor over physical therapy and that was a huge mistake for me. My chiropractor knew it wasn't working and instead of advising me to get some physical therapy, they had me coming in twice a week for a long time. I ended up going to physical therapy and within 3 months my back issues were gone
For muscular issues defs PT over chrio, idk if pt could fix that much of an imbalance tho lol
@@chefchefchefPT's most definitely could work with mobility and imbalance. Chiros are one piece of the treatment plan just like pts. Idk about working with just one can increase or decrease the chances of recovery. And having a specialist like an ortho if possible could help. Approaching at holistically is the move if possible
chiropractor is just a temp fix always
Pt have medical degrees and are allowed in hospitals that’s why
I went from the Chro office to the ER to surgery within 2 days.
As someone with back issues, I felt all of that! 😢 Poor thing! I hope she’s doing better!!
Yeah pray for her, because years ago I went to a Chiropractor and let him do adjustments on me and couldn't get out of bed the next day. No thank you.
If she is, it has absolutely nothing to do going to the chiropractor. Because of how it’s made up.
Me too!!!!🥺😨😱
GOD BLESS chiropractors shout out to Kelly, you are the best man!
I had this same problem... this treatment worked for me. 10 years of pain gone.
Did you have the same orgasm response as this woman?
Out of curiosity, did you only need the one treatment or did you have to return for additional adjustments?
@@soysauceboss3024you need to do stretches every day, the more flexibility you have the less likely you will lock up again. A lot of people do yoga because it covers everything you need
The power of placebo, this shit is complete pseudoscience its temporary relief at best

I pray she can keep coming back and get her life back. Thanks Doc! I know she probably had the best sleep and bowel movement afterwards. Glad she was able to get to you!

These guys saved my life. No surgery, pills, or therapy. 30 yrs of pain gone in 5 or 6 fantastic adjustments.
5 or 6🤔
Since when did u do it and Did it last??
I want to get something like this. It looks so good. My body if fine. I don’t have any injuries. I’m an athlete. But that just looked so good. Would love to have that done
@rvp1 screams bot right 😂
Rest in peace, my friend
I pray to god that everyone who is suffering from any type of disease will be completely healthy soon
I feel those sounds she’s making. Sometimes when my back is all kinds of messed up that pop can literally feel like it takes your breath away and like you’re getting a full breath for the first time at the same time.
And you’ll be back feeling the same in 2 days. It’s temporary relief based on zero medical science.
@@Pepsiaddictowell it's not a one and done. It takes work and a plan to keep yourself whole. I go to my chiropractor once a month for adjustment going on 3 years now. If I didn't have him I know for a fact I wouldn't be able to walk or move w/,o pain.
@@Utubeiswackyour very lucky to be able to afford to go ,I wish my insurance would pay chiropractor services I'm only 54 and my back is so bad my whole body is but I walk hunched over I look like my grandmother had 85 years old I don't know what to do about it I tried standing up against the wall with my shoulders back and I don't sit around all day I am physically active I don't take any pain meds that's a bad road to go down for me I don't know what to do if anyone has any suggestions on how to get relief I'm on SSDI I can't afford to go to a chiropractor prayers work to my name is Meredith❤

@@Pepsiaddictotwo days every month or few weeks is better than constant pain and mobility issues forever with 0 days of relief. And also with this kind of chiropractic care this specifically is something that can be fixed. With enough work and adjustments, his hips will become aligned again, unless it's a skeletal issue from birth it won't bc chiropractic won't fix you natural skeletons shape, but any other issue from an accident to just your body fucking up and now being stuck in a new painful way, it can be reversed just like how people use physical therapy to fix mobility issues, your skeleton is apart of that process and if that's what's messed up for you and a chiropractor can fix it who tf cares. Also if it wasn't founded medical science, you wouldn't need a doctorate to do it
I’m glad to see I’m not the only one who LAUGHS during a chiropractic adjustment 😂
My three-year-old is cracking up laughing😂
It’s either laugh or cry … I laugh, too
If you’re still going for am adjustment, then you’re not fixing the problem.
Other people laugh cus it's pseudo science and does nothing

It makes me smile when I hear the relief they are experiencing! Been there sister!❤
is there relief or pain? i was horrified watching this 😭
It wasn’t that long ago that Drs. thought chiropractors were voodoo. They have saved me from alot of pain a few times.
Combine this with regular deep stretching, massage, adjustments, and eventually strength training and she can be tip top shape for the rest of her years.
If you don't then this is just cruel. This dr is bad
no-one needs this, it is trauma and does damage
@@ck58npj72 Probably. Whenever I get adjustments I just get the old school adjustments where they reset my atlas and axis, and tell me I need to stretch my hamstrings more often.
@@ck58npj72the damage has been setting in her for the last 6 years. The deeper you find yourself buried, the more dirt you have to push through to get out of it.
These chiropractic adjustments are good and necessary to loosen up the joints, but the MOST important step in recovering is the stretching immediately after.
Not without clean diet. This is alot of inflammation present in her body most likely due to a bad diet

Beautiful to see this woman get relief from her pain
My mom used to pull my leg like that when i would take my back out at work. This woman's prayers have been answered and found the person with the answer. Yay! Thank God!
If her prayers are answered then why is she there letting a physical man do it ? Do prayers only work if a human being is the one physically doing it ?
