I do this stretchy bind off with a crochet hook in the right hand. So much easier

I'm going to give this a try for the OH socks. Fluid retention can cause the socks to become too tight. Nice tip, thankyou Craig 😘💕Ps looking forward to seeing your new pattern. I would love a small, simple crescent, SUMMER, Shawl. I'm doing a seed stitch bento bag. It's very relaxing 😊

Thanks a million for the bind off..I seem to forget as I don't knot as often as I crochet.i have a hint for you..If you bring the right needle through the front of the loop on left, you still get the garter stitch and is much easier.the yarn isn't as tight.give a try.💖🕷️

Very nice.I am going to use this when binding off a scarf because my bind off always was tighter than my cast on !

Thanks for this! :-) I have ruined more than one thing with a too tight bindoff.

Hi spider thank you for sharing this with us , does it work the same with stocking stitch or other stitches as it does with the knit stitch ? I will definitely be giving this a try 😊Amanda xx

I believe it would work exactly the same. Try it on a sample swatch to see if it will suit you, that's what I always recommend 😉🧶🕷

Yuppers! I'm a hybrid, lol. I do love to knit, but most of my tutorials are crocheting because I find it easier and quicker to produce things.
