Would *really* love to see a test drive and review of these brakes on the TT RS. Are you able to reach back out to the owner to get their thoughts on the brakes so far? See how they perform, if there are any issues at all and etc?
Good news: They're available in the US now. Look for a dealer on the Racingline website. I just did, found someone locally. The price is still roughly what they estimate in the title (just under $8k) which isn't bad considering it can easily cost 2x that.

That hat looks like it cane off a car with 420mm brakes. The rotor is so thin in comparison
The hat is big but the rotor isn't. My carbon ceramic rotors are 405mm. Those look like 300mm.
