@@deehope9477 You realize this is a video for egg recipes, right? Plus if you think eggs contribute to high cholesterol it's very clear you haven't done much research. Maybe take a look into the studies on eggs and cholesterol before you spread misinformation in the future 👍
@@deehope9477 Not sure how you can "kind of joke" about misinformation, but glad to clear things up. People on keto have to constantly fight the misinformation that's being spread so it's always best that it's not being done from the inside, too.
They can be keto. If you're adding several onions to a recipe, then it won't be. You can always visit the website (links in description) for a full macro breakdown of each recipe
Generally with eating healthier you do have to cook more, but if you hate cooking I'd recommend planning out your meals. You can typically make casseroles, sheet pan (or one pan) meals, and quick meals that will make plenty of leftovers. If you start doing intermittent fasting, you can skip over breakfast and that's one less meal to cook, too. Pre-cook a bunch of chicken thighs and buy pre-wash spring mix salads and a high quality fatty dressing. That's lunch sorted out for the week and will only take a few minutes to put together. Make a big casserole with plenty of veggies cooked in on the weekend and if you don't mind not having variety, there's your dinner for most of the upcoming week. That would maybe be 1-2 hours of cooking for the whole week, so it's not all that bad.
I think you're confusing intermittent fasting and keto. They are different protocols that people follow, but can be followed at the same time or not. Some non-keto people fast, and some keto people don't fast.

It's low-carb maple syrup, so it doesn't really impact the carb counts anyway. If you prefer things less sweet, you can just add less.

In the first recipe there is maple syrup - I didn't think that was keto? It's sugar!
