    I just started keto Mediterranean after doing mostly keto for the last five years. I’m so excited to try these new things and new recipes. Thank you for your video.

    Thanks for the ideas. It'd be nice if you could use dark lettering on a white background though. It's so hard to see white letters on a white background

    Nice, but instead of butter and salmon, which is not really used in mediterranian diets, I use only olive oil and sardines and other fat fish instead, and fresh arlic, it's all really good!!(I live on the spanish -french border😉)

    @5:33, 425 degrees is above the smoke point of olive oil. I would suggest using avocado oil instead.

    • @RuledMe
      @RuledMe  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      All the recent literature on olive oil shows that it has as high of a smoke point as avocado oil and also breaks down less than most oils as well. You're welcome to use avocado oil, but I personally don't worry about it: actascientific.com/ASNH/pdf/ASNH-02-0083.pdf

    Looks amazing but I thought those were supposed to be flat breads not tortillas for quesadillas…

    • @RuledMe
      @RuledMe  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      The low-carb tortillas are quite puffy so most people relate them to flatbread or roti, but plenty of people use them as tortillas to. I recycle the videos I post individually for these "roundups" and that's just the way we chose to shoot the video for them.

      Halloumi

    • @Lucinda_Jackson
      @Lucinda_Jackson 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I sometimes use halloumi as a frying cheese for a snack, like you would queso de freir or queso fresco. It can be cut in THICK slices and fried in a skillet and it’s delicious!
