I've tried different t300 settings, for drift, for usual driving, but i cant drift at all... In AC it's much better, the FBB in BeamNG is different, I don't understand how do you drift at all It's easy to drift with keyboard or gamepad, but not the wheel
I played Assetto previously too, but now after playing mainly BeamNG, Assetto FFB feels just boring and without much detail. BeamNG FFB comes from all the suspension parts not like Assetto which FFB comes only from tires. 1. Set the wheel settings as I show in this video 2. Make sure you are running stable 60 FPS for best FFB 3. Car - use official BeamNG cars. For just starting out drifting and learning use low hp cars (from 200-300HP), Gavril Bluebuck drift config is good start point 4. Learn your car - each car requires a bit of modifications to suit your needs 5. then just practice
@@TomGlTurboI have one problem in beamng. Im using a t300 too, and the self steer in beamng is not good, if you do a transition the wheel isn’t rotate itself, or it’s rotating but slow. In real life the self steer is fast as hell in a car, and it’s fast in assetto too. Do you have a solution for this? I have tried every possible settings.
@@davidhellinger6833 for me (with the settings in video) the self steer is as expected, I mean I can drift very well relying on the wheel. It also depends on the car and the setup. I bought t300 mainly for drifting (i had logitech G29 previously) and so far its been great. there should be a setting you might have missed.
nono, you misunderstood. it is recommended that you adjust your settings (graphics) to reach at least 60 FPS or more. I personally set the FPS limiter to 80, so I have consistent FPS in all maps. when FPS drops below 60, it impacts the FFB responsiveness significantly (you can feel it very well)
@@TomGlTurbo Oh thanks a lot!😅 And in the game, I practice drifting car and other cars(grand marshall, bluebuck etc) are okay to practice drifting, but strangely When I practice drifting some jdm cars(200bx, sunburst etc) I can't maintain countersteering, drifting the car and handle throttle controling while drifting the car😔 Have you ever felt the strange things in the game? So if you have enough time, can you upload the video "how to drift car with racing wheel in the game"?
it can't be my provided settings. Why then it works for me and others? These settings still work on beamng version 0.34.2 with no problem. You can't modify thrustmaster control panel settings while the beamng is open (this will disable in game FFB). Close beamng, reconnect the wheel, open thrustmaster control panel (see if it displays all the inputs) and then modify the FFB settings in beamng.
No that's the thing, you can drive normally, you can drift, you can do what ever, these are no drift specific settings. I just used drift clips as that's the driving I prefer. Well in 2 words, there shouldn't be separate drift or other style settings, if the wheel is setup correctly, it fits and feels good for all driving styles.
@@TomGlTurbo so it’s two things, when i’m turning and i let go of the wheel,it instantly straightens out. also, when drifting and getting a lot of angle my wheel starts shaking uncontrollably and iva always has this problem and no settings can fix it
It feels amazing now! the pedals curves made sooo much of a difference
Thank you.
Glad it helped! 🙂👍
amazing video really good
3:18 sick drift m8!
Thanks 🙂👍
3:24 It's almost reverse entry drift! Wow!😮

Assetto corsa is easy to drift.
You have to train more on beamng to control cars becose they are all différent.

I could do everithing up to 0:20, but when i clicked 'properties' i came to a completely different file? Idk could you help me?
have you installed Thrustmaster drivers/software?
i still dont understand how it changes, feels very stiff even with cars low FFB anything else recommended?
in that case I adjust the FFB for the specific car in Tuning Menu

they are the settings that should be set for T300, doesn't matter if you are beginner or pro 😉
@@TomGlTurbo Okay and doesn't t300rs wheel need LUT file?
@@jeeken397 no, LUT file is used when you have a wheel like logitech g27/g29 or similar (gear driven and weak).
