- An easy gelatin dessert to make. No oven required. Just a refrigerator. Easily a crowd favorite. You can skip the middle coffee jelly layer if you want to make a basic, classic black sambo. However, the coffee jelly is a special touch so try to make that extra step.
CORRECTIONS:
1:14 - 3 tbsp. Unflavored Gelatin NOT 2 tbsp.

Hi @chef rose, what could be the problem when the layers separates and does not stick together?thank you.
Your first layer was too firm when you added the second layer. Chill the 1st layer ONLY until it starts to firm up but not soft enough also that the 2nd layer will mix in when you add it.

To dissolve the gelatin? Depende sa power nang microwave mo. I micro mine at 700watts for 45 - 60 seconds

3 - 4 days in the refrigerator - depending on how cold/efficient your refrigerator is.
