My advice is never follow anyone's advice for anything, I've seen beautiful girls with all kinds of guys, fat, shy, broke, etc, just go out and do something, many times you'll fail and others you will win but you will be in control of your life if you follow your own heart and intuition and not any "expert". Having control of your own decisions and feeling confident about them whether you win or lose is the best medicine brah

I'm 35 and only just started to get on this track. I was in a comfortable relationship for 8 years that ended in 2022. I didn't know any of this stuff growing up. I wish I did. At times I feel like it's too late, too old but I don't let it stop me from getting up everyday and go to the gym, learning combat arts, and increasing my skill sets. It's true comfortability is really what kills you...I am grateful I can see my faults now and what I need to improve on.

The fear of cold approach and the way you articulated it made me realize that I was doing the right thing all along. My mistake tho was SHARING that experience with guys who aren’t get in that vibration. Cuz I got a lot of push back from other guys telling me I shouldn’t do that or that x is creepy. Which caused a negative feedback loop and made me stop doing it all together.
Yet when you look at the guys that say that, their life is pretty mediocre. I love the part where you change the mindset from “I gotta get her to like me” or “I gotta get her phone number” to just “go and talk to her and you win” I’ll remember that from now on. Thank you Bulldog Mindset.

My whole life changed when I made my first passive $1. To be exact it was $0.87, not even a dollar, but my whole world view shattered and my perspective changed. I did the math and figured out that after 7 years of investing I could completely replace my income with the dividends I was earning. Made my whole attitude change, my confidence level skyrocketed and I no longer feared losing my job. This translated into me being more assertive at work and speak my mind (in a productive criticism way) and I got more respect from the owner of the company up until I offered to buy one of his units and he laughed said he loves that and would love to help me follow in his footsteps. It all changed once I made my first 87 cents on my own. Don't underestimate how much your world view is holding you back.

That’s how I felt when I started trading in the stock market. The day I made my first $1000 I was mind blown that I could make more trading than some people do in one week of work. When a man gets his money game right, his confidence really does go up.

Amen to the point about your job feeling like they are just giving you a paycheck. I would have a shitty week of work, not get much done and still get paid. Was a very confusing feeling. Ultimately it means that you are expendable. They are basically choosing to pay people and at any moment they can choose to stop (lay you off).

Since Thanksgiving I've been trying to get my life back on track. Things got bad. I was no longer in shape, no friends, no lady, no job. Total loser! Watched a lot of stoic videos along with David Goggins clips which helped my thinking. Started being more positive (as best as I could). Started being more kind to myself and smiling more which I never did before. Right now I'm down 40 pounds and feeling better. I used to be a big couch potato and never went out for years, but after the New Year I started visiting some bars. Not to drink! I put myself in a position to see people and to be seen. I'd have one beer as a prop than anything else. Found a great cafe/bar that I loved, but unfortunately it permanently closed the other week. Hopefully I'll discover another place. Met several girls there and it felt good to talk to someone instead of being home alone. The work I put into getting into better shape paid off because women actually approached me! Got some numbers, but things didn't really go anywhere. It's ok though, more fish in the sea. Along with that, I got a few pieces of new clothing to fit me better and to make me look more stylish. A combination of these things have increased my confidence, but I still have to grow. Overall, I'm happy I took those steps and I'm a few steps ahead of where I was a year ago. But I still have many problems which I don't know how to overcome. Right now I feel like I'm a new guy in town and don't know anyone. I really appreciate your advice though! Gonna check out more of your videos and hopefully I can organize more aspects of my life and get back on track. Since the start of the year I started to reach out to old friends and some cousins that I thought were quality people and wouldn't be toxic. Mostly text messages or short messages on facebook. Wishing people a happy bday, a happy New Year, Happy Easter etc. Once in a while I'd say a random "happy Friday" or "have a good weekend" in an attempt to further reconnect, but when I'd suggest we grab a beer or coffee everyone was "busy". Some asked me for help and I was there for them. When I suggested we hang out they were also "busy". Not sure what to do about that. I guess the best solution for the moment is to focus on continuing to improve myself, but it would be nice to have a real friend. In respect to work, even though I graduated college I feel uneducated. Low self esteem. I got a part time job to keep me afloat, but it's not enough to accomplish my dreams. I guess I just gotta move forward one day at a time. It feels like I'm walking up a mountain and only took three steps ... and there's a mile which needs to be climbed. Any advice would be great. Thanks!

Amazing Bro, well done on everything in that video!
Watching this, I am very, very proud to know you and to be able to call you my mentor and you hit all three nails on the head!
I too feel like a boy and a man, I am having my 20th next Wednesday and to celebrate, I am on the boat down to England to see my friend for an early celebration which is a big step toward independence as I am all on my own.
I think though, calling you my mentor when I have missed both of the last membership calls (which includes the platinum later on in the day) isn't the most accurate and I shouldn't make excuses for that.
To enjoy your company and grow as men, I will do my very best to make it to every call from now on with no excuses (unless he likely can't and even so, if I can't get the one at midday for you, then I can get the later one).
I am learning to let go of my child side but it's not easy and I can see how conquering these fears will help. I have had my first training in Kung-Fu competition fighting which was great fun and in a few weeks, my teacher should get me doing slow sparring to practice my learned moves in different scenarios.
On approaching girls, I told myself that I would be open to a relationship in my 20s so I am determined to go and talk to everyone at my next Christian convention so I can know that environment and (to a degree) control it which I know girls need to feel safe.
I got to keep my options open so I look forward to talking to a lot of them, there is no harm in talking to more than one until you start dating one 😉.
I hope you had a blessed Easter, man and praying the best on you all!
    Your friend
    Jack

Your story reminds me of mine from 6th grade. In gym class, when everyone was just sitting waiting for instruction, I had my friend (who is also named John) go over to this girl Stephanie I liked and ask if she'd go out with me.
She looked over to me, looked back at John, and I could see her lips moving as she responded to him intently.
He scooted back over (he went over there on his knees...) and said "Stephanie said she might have said yes if you asked her yourself, but because you didn't, no."
One of my favorite childhood stories haha

I often wondered what I would do as a man in Ukraine right now when forced to join the war. But I think I simply would refuse to fight. It just means putting your life at risk for a completely avoidable conflict between people you don't even know personally. You only have one life, don't let it go to waste.
And sure in some sense you can argue that's the opposite of 'being a man'. Men are replaceable, while women are not. A single man could rebuild a society, while a single woman could only produce one child per year. But I guess you could say in this way I'll happily not be a traditional man.

It's definitely not an easy question to answer. The big questions is could you fight for a cause you believed in or if you were in the situation could you bare it? It's not a question we can fully answer in ourselves until the situation presents itself, but we can prepare ourselves mentally and physically should the situation arise.

I am 46, and this was part of my selfeducation in how to get rid of shyness: in order to be congruent I had assumed my emotions and started ( in some situations, in special when I could see the eye contact being stronger between me and her, when we cross each other’s path in the neighbourhood). Instead of the usual’s nodding “ hello” when close enough I’d be starting with this( I was 15 yo)- I am shy but I take a treatment for so I guess it’s ok we start talking. So we’ve started and asking each other how it’s going and so on. Then more and more flirting :)). At 16 I was lucky and a 23 yo babe threw my V badge under the buss. The thing I felt I had to master was to maintain a conversation simple, while I’d slowly ramped up the emotions in her. It was just instinctual. For a guy with a big chunk of imposter’s syndrome, constant anxiety, I’ve talked myself in to being a guy with pretty good experience when it came to dating women I felt were out of my league. The fact that I was training and looked muscular helped me too. But that helped me to keep my cool when there were guys around that tried to dominate the conversations etc.

regarding the money issue, i became self employed starting at age 6 when i got a job taking care of my little sister.
i started returning bottles and eventually put up flyers in the area offering clean up service. I charged $3.50 an hour. The problem was that i worked really hard. I eventually came to realize im worth way more. today I charge at least $500/hr but I'll work for more or less depending on my level of motivation.

First video I've seen. Incredible. A 100 million people online offering something but 99.99% it would be the same stuff you get elsewhere. The journey outlined here is the most credible and inspiring thing I've seen online and the three keys absolute gold. And the value prop offered about becoming a 'real man' while becoming financially is the single most compelling one for men in today's society. Marketing wise, this is copywriting in visual and auditory form at the highest level. That transformation and the insecurities that were overcome to land a stunning lady is so admirable and respectable.

Well said, I can tell you have built yourself up which is very good, glad to see it. Hardest thing to do is be good with woman and most men won’t be. It is best to be successful with woman and then money. That confidence you get from sleeping with a good amount of women is not purchasable or granted to most men. Good luck
