    1:00
Control the man in order to have more growth for manipulation
    3:40
The legal space will 9/10 side with women.
Women have all the power in the west.
    4:50
    Don't be nice.
    Be unique.
    Be strong.
Live the consequences of talking, and risking it all.
    5:50
Depression is about changing something in your life.
It's an indication that you need to change something in your life.
    7:50
Western world tells man to shut the fuck up.
    8:20
    You are getting old.
    Your going to die.
    Do something about it.
    Or end it early already.
    9:25
Control your emotions and go against your impulses.
    10:20
If you don't believe in depression you will be depressed.
Your mind adapts to everything you throw at it.
    14:10
If you give everything a name and put it as lable.
    You will over complicate it.
    It's like the placebo effect.
And also left idoalogy says you should stop labeling even though our society is most labeled its ever being
    15:40
    Just do your action bitch.
You will ask if your knee hurts maybe I will stop.
    Don't bitch.
    17:40
Women are faking their way to the top physically.
She can do it fast. That's her way face it.
    18:30
    Men are born with stability.
    But they don't take it.
There is value in success because it's hard. It's a war.
In those dark places you exceed people.
    Its survival of the fittest.
    20:00
Get a trophy for nothing sucks ass and raising your for weakness.
Life is a fight, and a war.
Battle your way to the top by conquering your way there.
    23:20
    Go to the dark places.
In order to achieve who you are.
    24:30
Think about your parents who fucking fought for your world to bring you there.
Maximize everything because you are previlaged, you are previlaged being alive. Because there were people who didn't even got the chance. Idk about that opinion.
    26:40
    Be disciplined.
And wake at a specific time
Work without motivation work with drive.
    28:00
    Great mindset.
Don't be a passenger be the one who leads the ship.
    Leads that life.
Don't be feather in the wind.
    29:35
Don't be a pinball in a pinball machine
    29:55 - 30:50
Ask yourself is if society what it wants for you is good.
    30:56
The most successful people have ego because they have only love life and they love themselves they say to themselves they are great.
Imo if you talk big, you continue to be live big.
    Backup your mouth with actions
    Like Ali
    Justify that ego with actions
    Feel as you deserve it
Be that guy in that car.
    Know that you deserve shit.
    And be like that
    35:20
Do things that make you fullfilent and happy
    36:05
You give value and you need you receive it.
Respect is super needed in realtionship you set the standards
Treat her like your queen but she needs to treat you like a king first.
    39:15
    Women fuck men they respect
If she disrespect you and you don't defend yourself she will do it again and again like the Jordan method stand for yourself
    40:00
It's easier to hold the standard then fixing something that is broken
    40:20
    Put borders in the relationship.
Say to her you won't have male friends
    42:05
Be prepared to leave if needed.
Im not going to tolerate some behaviour and understand it.
    Always have leverage.
    45:20
    Have perspective in life.
    47:40
Set your standards. And stick to them
    48:50
You are responsible for your outcome in life idk about that interesting
    51:30
I should learn what to give them of value and if they don't give me I disappear
    52:20
Worry about predators not fucking women dude.
    53:10
Put yourself everyday through resistance to become more stronger
    54:09
    Wow.
    55:40
Question the situation if a girl doesn't sleep with you
    Women are loyal to dick.
If you have sex with her.
    She becomes way more loyal
    57:00
    Great topic
    57:30
Women are never single, you are taking her from other guys.
And do you want Tate to be friend with her.
I'm not jealous I'm territorial about the things I love.
It's not about I don't trust you, it's like me trusting the locks to my door, but somebody can sneak there anyway.
If you will act like I didn't say I will act accordingly
    1:00:30
How can I be serious if you are with other men?
Would your mom hang with other guys
    1:02:40
If she loves you she doesn't find other men attractive.
    She becomes obsessed with you.
    1:04:00
Men always be territorial over women.
So you are not insecure if you protect your girl
    1:05:40
No women wants a 50/50 relationship.
    Don't act like society.
    1:07:00
    Male strippers is disgusting.
Women aren't interested in men in physical perspective like male.
    Gays are also bisexual.
Don't make her go with men, and if she wants to.
    Fill it with musciline energy.
    Fill it completely
    1:11:10
Hate from above it's a good thing.
Hate from the bottom doesn't even matter.
They would die to be me
They would swap my body with their I guarantee that.
When people insult you they are the ones who take energy.
And there are some people who give energy.
If you don't act on their comments you will observe their energy.
    Laugh on that.
    1:13:00
    What's worse then having haters.
    That There are no haters.
Nobody gives a f about your opinion.
Don't adopt the thinking of a sad person.
    1:16:00
Making people tick is fun, when you are actually succeeding, because those haters gonna hate anyway
    1:19:00
Don't act if you like what you did and others didn't.
Because society brings you to bad behaviour.
    Don't take anti depressants
    1:23:00
We have a netural capitality of fighting
Musciline Men should have emotional control over themselves
    1:26:20
I'm not sad, I can get furious
    1:27:00
    Interesting
    1:29:00
You can be angry, but don't let it destroy you.
    Do something positive with it.
    Fury is fire energy.
    1:30:40
Be stoic. And silent when you are angry, like that they do all the talking
    Women love muscilinity
    1:33:20
Don't threat a women just do it.
And everything that you say to her do.
    1:34:20
    Don't do empty threats
    1:35:00
tell it to her You are not going to do it. (Because)
    Be direct.
Tell her to stop (because) (or...)
    1:38:30
Wars were fought over beautiful women
    1:39:10
    The competition is so low.
    Winners win losers lose.
    1:41:00
Ask yourself if you were a women would you date you.
    1:43:00
Human relationship are valuable in life.
Give them something in return, like a mastery of something in you.
    Everyone should benefit
    1:47:00
    Virtue signaling is weak
    1:48:00
    Care about your tribe
    1:53:00
A mans powers comes from fucking women.
A women's power comes from being untouched

His views on depression are so important. Because we all get depressed sometimes. It’s not just you. But you know what’s more depressing than your life? Being helpless. If you believe depression is a disease and there’s nothing you can do about it, that’s 10x more depressing than the original spiral that you got depressed about.
If you’re depressed enough to considering ending it all , it’s a super power. Because you are now free from inhibition. There’s no reason to not do something, the alternative is death. Why fear anything? Sell everything you have and go to a random country across the world. Who cares?! You’re planning on dying anyways, why does it matter where. Get another experience in before you go.
And before long you’ll realize you’re no longer depressed. Depression is your mind telling you that your life is not playing out how it’s supposed to and you need to take massive action to change it.
If you’re still reading this it’s because you needed to hear it. So listen.

Regarding mental illness, it is helpful to apply the "police station test". If a person has a bad behavior that they blame on a disease, would it still occur while at a police station, or their church, or people they look up to and respect? If the person can suppress the behavior depending on situation, it is not a disease and they are 100% culpable for their behavior.

I totally agree with you guys. As someone who broke 3 bones and got a blood transfer from a suicide attempt, this is so true. I was drinking every day, gaining a lot of weight, eating poorly, and being socially isolated and that was making me depressed. Not the other way around! After recovering I started running 3 times a week and working out at the gym lifting weights every other day. I started eating vegetables and protein and quit all my addictions even nicotine. I saved a lot of money and got out of my city and I just moved to the capital of my country recently which is Copenhagen. I'm here now and next summer I will start school and get social again. But even without having anything social going I am now working out and eating healthy and that cured my depression. I totally agree with you guys. People who say that they can't work out or improve themselves because of depression are bullshiting themselves. I know this first-hand! If you are depressed you need to take a look at the self-sabotaging things you do and change it! Personally, I started slow. First I quit the nicotine and alcohol for a month but kept eating poorly. The next month when the cravings were gone I started eating healthy and running. And on the 3rd month, I kept eating healthy, and running but then also included lifting weights. If you can do every thing from the 1st month then that's great. But to me, it helped doing one thing at a time so it did not overwhelm me. Now I have so much focus and energy than I ever had before that I can do multiple good things at the same time.
