    I wonder if you're aware just how great this is for Martial Artists? Building this kind of flexible strength is the difference between throwing your leg up in a kick vs controlling your leg so you can kick with pinpoint accuracy and even changing directions if needed.

    omg this is the perfect video! i can do the splits on the floor but my control and strength are lacking :( but this routine will help with this :))
