I've actually seen my times improving with these shoes compared to my old new balance (forgot the model) for some reason i seem to have a tendency to change stride length up while running in lighter shoes and my in these since they are heavier i can get into a better groove/stride at least thats my personal experience everyone is different
The drop is way too high.... Adidas need to start releasing their models in optional 4mm drop shoes to compete with Skechers Performance Hyperburst models, Hoka, Asics, etc.... I never go above 5mm... it feels so unnatural and changes the natural biomechanics of your feet, legs, knees, hips and spine.... they actually cause me discomfort.... Adidas would capture alot of extra runners I think if they tried this.....
I have 4mm Drop Saucony Freedom 3's and walk in the Adidas 4d FWD and I don't notice any change in my natural gait. It would be interesting to see how it feels at 7mm or lower on the stack.
How would you compare with the ultra boost 21 ?
This what ON's Cloudflow should have been :)

The main thing I want to see in review videos is how they look when worn...period how hard is it to throw in that clip
are these shoes waterproof???
I guess they are treadmill shoes mostly?

True. Love high drop shoes for casual wear, running in them is a biomechanical recipe for disaster.
