That is a fantastic video. I have a yanmar marine diesel engine and a friend explained that the leak coming from the fuel lift pump may be due to compression in the crankcase and that the crankcase breather may be blocked. I searched for information for this on youtube and your videos explain in basic illustrations and explanations exactly what I'm looking at. You're a great teacher. Thank you!

I have a question, my engine has a vent hose on top of the cover, but it is not connected to the manifold because of some modification they did to it in the past, does that affect anything on my engine? I have never connected it since there is no provision for it so I wouldn’t know if it would make a difference. Hope you get to read this. Thank you. Engine is Isuzu c223 diesel n/a.
