I have listened to this three times. All we have legally that will pass our request to secede or become independant is the accord signed twice internationally. Its a marraige certificate. The only way to break away from a marraige, is divorce. Thats all we have. I have done my homework by listening to all these parties. The closest that can help us secede the fastest is united liberty alliance Hein Marx. Ula is no part of politics. Hein followed the legal route and made it his business to ask for a copy of both tetries signed wherin the anc govt pledged that they will not let the minorities suffer or experience any property loss. When Hein asked our president for the accord .....he was not aware of it. So he obtained a copy (not sure if it was the original, remember Hein said something that the legal agreement was held in safe keeping overseas) . It took him 8 years to work on international secession and with international legal representatives. All these other independant parties will have to take the same route as mr Marx and in 8 years our country will look like zim the way its going now. So if I put my money on ULA and sign a mandate. They require a certain amount of votes according to demographics based on last census. The minute they received that amount of signed votes/mandates the secession process is completed. Otherwise I cant see independence or secession in the near future. 💕

    • @kevinmorris3502
      @kevinmorris3502 ปีที่แล้ว +2

Yip, people who left SA as early as the eighties saw this country sliding like Zim, and with open boarders, like in Texas currently, who is just walking across?

    • @rrose4841
      @rrose4841 ปีที่แล้ว +5

Yes indeed...and Hein Marx is one of the few who gains nothing for his effort, except the satisfaction of knowing that he helped save minorities from the hatred and marginalisation being experienced. Our people still believe in politicians promises...guess whose votes put them into seats which pay their salaries!

Making Cape Town independent will be a very ambitious move.
If it does become successful, what happens to the people that have semigrated to Cape Town already?
70% of all the Businesses in Cape Town are owned by people from outside Cape Town, so what happens about that situation?
Will people need passports to live in Cape Town and to continue to run Businesses here?
From what our history has taught us is that South Africa as a country started in the Cape. I strongly don't think and believe that Cape Town should break a way from the rest of South Africa

From one circus to another...Maybe more civilized though. The differences of all these entities flows down to the ground and the effect is seen, its tangible and as thick as the atmosphere in that room. Is it just me or are all of them so desperate for power that they fail to think about what the people need? What I see is a power train heading in opposite directions towards each other. How is it that not once, any of them spoke about the Swiss Canton system? Neil, a good general will find a way to win a war, but a great general will find a way not to have war in the first place. Hein, You have the right idea all these years but in all these years much could have been done to levitate communities to a tangible sovereignty. I spoke to Dr Shawn Stewart about this in 2022 but apparently we are 10 years too late?? Transition communities to Cantons where all cultures may govern themselves ASAP and advocate the tangibility it to the highest level as new hope for South Africa or face the risk of loosing everything all of you are standing for. To Cape Exit movement I will say this: You have literally drawn a big white crosshair on your backs by excluding Western Cape from South Africa with your marketing campaigns and effectively drawing borders. You've only drawn racism to yourself and may as well cause a racial civil war. Jack, you raise one of the most important points, the tax money... Do you really think that not just the ANC but any political party will let go of that little pot of gold? Cameron, why haven't the ANC sent a black representor hmmm? It seems everyone missed there? But I'm sure Neil knows🤫😉. You didn't do a very good job, maybe you should have invited your comrade Malema. Taking secession to the political arena was a big mistake with the handle the Ruperts and Openheimers etc. have on political parties. If you don't create the environment FIRST where you want to seceed IN, your Seceding, Referendum, Article 235 or Emancipation will only stand as a documental formality, that's it, nothing more! I've said this in many meetings but it seems the power train is the only option. Are we thinking of who will be the next political power or are we really thinking about the people NOW?

THE INVISIBLE SECESSION - INDEPENDENCE FOR THE WHOLE COUNTRY
The ANC doesn't fulfill its constitutional obligations.
The ANC is far worse than just a "poor" government, it CHOOSES to break down and to destroy. That is why this action is warranted and needed.
Most importantly the ANC incites hatred/violence against us when they say that we stole their land - I checked, we didn't.
It is not reasonable to expect law abiding tax payers to continue with "the winner takes all principle" of a democracy to their own and the country's demise.
Who says we HAVE to be part of this political dispensation? Nobody questions this. It is time to stop, think and QUESTION this.
Nothing and nobody have the right to force us to be part of this self destructive political dispensation.
Approach the courts - convince them that it would be in the best interest of the country as a whole if we control our own taxes (first goal). Justify our rejection of the current political dispensation (main goal).
(Our money under our control).
Of eerder waarop is n minderheidsgroep in ons omstandighede GEREGTIG?
Dit gaan oor waardes, breek jy af of bou jy.

I am satisfied that constitutionally a premier of a province has no power to call a referendum on secession. The thing has to be thought through another way. The looming crisis which appears very serious may be grounds for a province rescinding the constitution for while such is stated as supreme law, it enures for the benefit of the union cobbled together when the then constituant parts joined in union. Their successors in my view have necessarily the power to rescind the provisions of the constitution as may be necessary in order to protect governance in a province.

Politicians are great orators, but they show their ignorance of the legal secession process. Try listening to Hein Marx

Cameron lives in a dream world . Most probably grew up under a very protected home . Hanchen Koornhof ended up in jail. The intention was to blowing up the de Tois Kloof bridge?

Within the forseeable time trajectory the Western Cape is set to be just another shack infested economic, ecological & agricultural wasteland unless some political action is taken very soon.
The rest of the present state of the Republic of South Africa is totally out of equilibrium causing the massive monthly migration of huge numbers to our tiny, well governed province. This can only increase as businesses up north close down due to lack of water, sanitation, electricity, strikes, non payment for services
    Points.
This tsunami of hopefuls bring with them all the seeds of their own destruction & the ensuing rot will continue to spread across our province
The hijacking & destruction of our public transport system within a record amount of years is just one example of this, turning our roads into dare me if you dare wild west scenarios with their minibus taxis & unroadworthy vehicles with false number plates & questionable driving licences.
Our limited hectares of agricultural land bringing in export valuable valuta is under threat of illegal possession from shack builders who are parasitizing on the existing paid & worked for services by the present rates & taxpayers of the province.
Our limited water supplies are another point. WHAT happens when the water runs out as nearly happened in 2018.? A Natal scenario in our cities & industrial areas as beautifully captured on video a few years ago.!?
The ANC need to be lifted from their lofty protected political perch with all their allocated & expensive security measures & replaced with G-d knows what.
Set the wheels rolling using every measure possible asap.

This video could have been better.. If there was No Editing! That's just wrong especially cos we the viewers don't get full context.. Waste of time watching something this political that gets edited with a clear agenda in mind.

I disagree with the name 'Coloured"
That's a derogatory name given to us by our oppressors to strip us of our rightful inheritance
    We are Aboriginal/First Nation.
The white and black settlers found us here.
    This is legally our land.
