one of the things i never liked about these medical shows is how people can always just walk in and out of the operating room whenever they want. in real life they have to sterilize the whole room and seal it off so no germs can get in. you cant just open the door whenever you want and let god-knows-what inside the patients open organs, that could cause a MAJOR infection
I mean you kinda can in real life haha, people walk in and out a lot, but ideally he would have a scrub hat and shoes and new scrubs, but that doesn't always happen
Idk man, I've worked as a nurse and have wheeled patients straight into operating rooms with nothing special on me, never seen anyone sterilise the whole room or seal it off. They do that in general of course, but not for every operation, and just letting in some air is not going to cause major infection, patients are put on antibiotics preemptively either way so unless you really go put your shoe in their open wound - it's gonna be fine.
Not really. As someone who has been through two surgeries, and awake for part of the time, it is not really sealed off and doctors do sometimes walk in but they sterilize themselves first.
There are twins like this in Australia who have a TV show. They share the same boyfriend. I remember in one episode one of the twins needed to get their tooth out so the other twin wanted to get the same one out so they could be identical and because the dentist refused to do it on the other twin the one with the tooth problem didnt get the procedure its just crazy. They seriously need some counselling because being close as twins is one thing but not to that extent. In the show they also wanted to get pregnant at the same time and are trying to so I wonder if this is what the episode was based on.
Are they the ones who went on Botched? They shared a job, house, car and boyfriend. They wanted boob jobs because they weren't identical after their first ones. The surgeons declined.

I don't think they weren't taught to be individual as their mother dressed them differently. I think it was comforting to have someone else in a pairing. After all, how many married couples do you see who look like siblings or who dress the same!
I'm wondering if that may have been the problem. If their mother went overboard in treating them as separate people, to the extent of forbidding them to ever dress alike, their insistence on having everything in common may be a case of severe psychological whiplash. What would've otherwise been a healthy amount of wanting to share things was never indulged, so maybe it just accumulated as if in a pressure cooker until, as soon as it could, it came out with a pathological vengeance.
Some twins growing up do like to dress alike but still develop individuality as they get older. Maybe depriving these twins of ‘twinning’ as kids resulted in them going overboard being alike as adults.
Why yes healthy patient, I would be more than happy to perform the surgery on you so long as you sign this no liability form and pay out of your own pocket with a tagged on 25% stupidity tax. Time for someone to start reconsidering their life choices
That is good point. I am assume if they had insurance their insurance fund would not pay for the procedure, and they do not look particularly rich to me.
Because no one is pointing out that the twin with the healthy ovary could donate an egg to her sister and the baby would, genetically, be exactly as if it came from her. That's really annoying me. Obviously they need more significant psychological help, but there is a solution to wanting to be pregnant together.
As similar as they are. Being next to each other does show the differences in personalities. Gemma has more emphatic feelings while Emma seems to have a physchotric disorder that makes her act in the exact same way as her sister. Which is what leads her to have less empathic feelings about her decisions. Nice catch on DR Charles though
@@agentburningbutters3655 as is mentioned later in that episode - at least Archer didn’t go far enough and take Emma’s ovary out - if that had happened - could’ve have been quite a headache.
OK, so I get that they tried the "the one kid would be both of yours" thing, but the way they are I feel one being pregnant while the other was not would have set them off, also egg donation is a thing, a better sell would have been "you CAN both be pregnant at the same time if you keep the one healthy ovary and do egg donation" since it was only the ovary and not the womb that was being removed.
I don't know what is more scarier the Frost siblings from the Gifted or this. Coudn't help but think about the Frost siblings as soon i saw the way these twins did the "we are one person" stuff.
And i thought the parents were mostly the reason of the "matching clothes" idea. Also the fact one had pain while the other don't seems to be the best plot here like it destroys their ideology of being entirely the same (well fingerprint would probably be different)
couldn't they just have taken both up to the or, knock em both out as usual and then just only operate on the sick on? no judge would take "they wouldn't take out one of my healthy ovaries cuz i wanted to be samesies" as a valid reason for suing
There were identical twins in America who didn't speak until their early 30s when one died. They had a pact that if one died the other was to live a normal life. Also, in Britain there were the twins Ursula and Sabrina and I think they feature on an episode of traffic cops. One of them killed someone and was jailed, the other was committed. After they both got released they went back to Sweden
I agree with you. A close friend of mine have identical daughters and they really are identical! They are teenagers now, but even their parents don’t know who is who when they’re looking at old pictures and the girls aren’t wearing their signature colour. One always had pink och then other one had red on. It’s easy to tell them apart now. They have different hair styles and dress differently, and their personalities is a dead giveaway 😄

They reminds me of Anna and Lucy from TLC's extreme sisters
Twins will do anything for each other
Because no one is pointing out that the twin with the healthy ovary could donate an egg to her sister and the baby would, genetically, be exactly as if it came from her.
I love how they think they don’t need a psychiatrist just because they’re happy. Like no dude it’s cause you’re crazy
I'd be so angry if my kids did this
That doctor now faces criminal charges since she wasnt the patient.
Na, it’s not their fault
While yes he probably should have been aware that this could happen - he wouldn’t because it wasn’t his fault.
@@MrMonkey2150 Yes it is.
The operation didn't get far enough, so maybe the case could get resolved
@@agentburningbutters3655 as is mentioned later in that episode - at least Archer didn’t go far enough and take Emma’s ovary out - if that had happened - could’ve have been quite a headache.
Sometimes I just wonder if two siblings just manage to split and share their only brain cell
Even their voices sound the same. My husband is a twin too and their voices are identical too. How often our kid was pranked by them...
Coudn't help but think about the Frost siblings as soon i saw the way these twins did the "we are one person" stuff.
these twins were also in the good doctor
“I’m feeling much better”
“Yea that’s the drugs “😂
Omg, I’m aching to find out what happens! Luckily, I’m getting Seasons 1-7 for Christmas. 😊💖👏
They were on the Good Doctor....loved them
And i thought the parents were mostly the reason of the "matching clothes" idea.
Also the fact one had pain while the other don't seems to be the best plot here like it destroys their ideology of being entirely the same (well fingerprint would probably be different)
I like how they stand by each other no matter what 2:16
Am I the only one who can tell them apart extremely well? Like to me its obvious which is which
The medical dialogue is hilarious. So unlike reality. Also, a dimly lit theatre?😆
It's almost like it's a tv show.......
So no one's gonna point out that they're the twins that played Katie and Jenny from from the good doctor series?
True true
Someone needs to tell this girl that robbing someone of their individuality, even if it is your twin sister, is a crime.
Page Dr Charles. Never gets old.
Yup I can almost always predict when that line is coming now. 😂
couldn't they just have taken both up to the or, knock em both out as usual and then just only operate on the sick on? no judge would take "they wouldn't take out one of my healthy ovaries cuz i wanted to be samesies" as a valid reason for suing
Page Dr Charles means someone is probably cooco in the head 🤣🤣🤣
🤣🤣🤣
theres no way people in real world think this way right
There were identical twins in America who didn't speak until their early 30s when one died. They had a pact that if one died the other was to live a normal life.
Also, in Britain there were the twins Ursula and Sabrina and I think they feature on an episode of traffic cops. One of them killed someone and was jailed, the other was committed. After they both got released they went back to Sweden
Who is here after watching the good doctor when these twins were siamse twins amazing actors these girls are❤
Am I the only person who doesn't think they look identical 😂
I agree with you. A close friend of mine have identical daughters and they really are identical! They are teenagers now, but even their parents don’t know who is who when they’re looking at old pictures and the girls aren’t wearing their signature colour. One always had pink och then other one had red on. It’s easy to tell them apart now. They have different hair styles and dress differently, and their personalities is a dead giveaway 😄
Uhm they look identical
Twins are always doing it together. I knew it, they're twins.
The patient and her identical twin they were just too weird for me
Since when do patients tell doctors what to do?
This makes me glade my twin and I are fraternal. For a while we were close. Still are at times but we never became one person. Two completely different people with our own personality’s.❤❤❤
Okay Emma is obviously psychopathic(sociopathic?)and Gemma has to go along with it for the fear of Emma ,what, hurting her? That’s what I’m getting the sense of anyway, especially when she’s obviously sick and might be dying and Emma forces her to switch anyway to get her way and it involves surgery for crying out loud….Can anyone who knows the outcome let me know if I’m right about this….because I think it ends with her locked up in psych!!
I never been this early, I'm so early Natalie is still pregnant with Owen.
guys take a closer look , gemma has rolls under her neck and ls slightly chubbier and has a more round face while emmas is drawn , has visible cheek bones and us a bit paler , i thought they woukd tell the diffeerence
yeah me too!
I think every normal person can tell the difference, but in the show they are meant to be indentical. Maybe they just couldn't find more identical twin actors and didn't want to have one person playing both 🤷🏼♀️
Those are exactly the twins from The Good Doctor s2 I guess. When Dr. Melendez, Dr. Murphy tried to fix the two heads sticking together.
My mother is a twin and couldn’t imagine her living like this, it would be horrific
am i the only one that can easily tell them apart?
8:10 Well, at least they’ll have matching scars now Lol
I have twin cousins. They weren't identical. They dressed the same until they were in their 20's. They had a bond that my mother described as "strange" they got married at the same time and both had their daughters at the same time. One was bulimic and the other one anorexic. Both were on a planet that only they inhabited.
love your vids
Weren’t they on the good doctor being separated?
I don’t know how they got them mixed up… they have very different faces. Oo
Dr Charles should have just said "If you're so identical, then why is one of you sick and the other isn't?" and then moonwalked out of the room.
"Oh snap 😨😨😨😨😨" was my reaction to the end
Can't they remove the visitor? Only the patient needs to be there.
I’m sorry but when they said they take showers together that made me cringe so much. 😬😬😬😬
At least they will have the same scar now
these twins are sooooooooooo creepy
Why would Dr. Taylor ask for a pregnancy test when they have an ultrasound 🤷? If there was an intrauterine pregnancy or an ectopic one, the scan would clearly show it
Can't believe this kind of thinking
Both the scenario and acting made me uncomfortable
These Twins are Super Twisted! Look can't you 2 just do something different for once? Who cares if one doesn't have an Overy and other does?
Im the only one who was thinking that the other twin was the mom 😅
Well, at least they'll have the same scar lol
these twins remind me of those tlc twins.
Talking about a double whammy in craziness!
The girl was in the hospital bedroom she want the surgery so bed I can tell your face emotions and the other was forcing your sister to stick her up to be on your side she wanted the surgery so bedly and other sister said if you do surgery but do it on me. But I think to do called family services on the girl. She do something crazy and that is how you solve the problem.
I think I've found Dr. Charles's archenemy.
Corrput Mayor Hamilton of New Orlens now a great doctor in Chicago
Archer after relizing what happend: Oh sh*t im dead
Dr Charles really made mono zygotic sound like mono psychotic
Be yourself and have your own identity at times
They come in the good doctor series too😅😅
still healthier than the Lannister twins lol
😭🔫
U know I justttttt realized that’s principal bolan 😅😅😅😅
These are the same twins in The Good Doctor!
I see a lawsuit
-Barney Stinson
As a twin myslef, TF is this ? Twins are identical but not this identical.
Guessing you've never heard of The Silent Twins. Absolutely inseperable, did everything together, spoke their own language together, would not communicate with anyone else. Removing them from each other rendered them completely catatonic. Only when one of them died did the other "break out" of this bond and begin interacting with the rest of the world as a normal person
Some twins are like you, but some twins (especially if they're indentical) have a bond none of us will ever understand.
Bro if I was a doctor I'd be browning myself
I thought twins were smart.
That is not what it means when people talk about "sharing braincells"
@@GeoStreber Lmfao, thank you for making my day
This is crazy
