Any married couple I've spoken to that's been together for 20 - 50+, they say they almost left each other multiple times but they WORKED it out like adults not file "irreconcilable differences" at the 1st sign of adversity.

I’m married now for 10 years, and I can tell you this is very very true. And every time I felt like we weren’t going to make it., I just think about today how happy I am that we did make it work. It’s not easy but it’s worth it.

The economic environment is getting binary. Haves and have nots. If you're a millionaire with no one to pass it down to the state/government gets your assets. It's unfortunate but that's the reality. Kin Gap needs to be marketed to the blk community more. Invest in family like you do your education and finances.

THIS is true. Modern day women don't WANT TO WORK for anything from a man. They think quality men should work to even be in their presence, and in return they can just look pretty; as being equal.

This channel is great. I am a 58 year old white male. My last relationship of 7 years ended just under a year ago. Since then, I completely changed my mindset. I joined a gym and am in quite possibly the best shape of my life, my finances are my own and I am well off debt free, and I feel great about myself and take care of my appearance. I have my mojo from when I was in my 20's back. Now I find that when I go out in public I am actually attracting women without even trying or interested in doing so, they are coming up to me. True now, that these women are not 9's or 10's, but 7's and 8's, who are looking good and in fantastic shape in their late 40's and early 50's. I don't put on some show that I am something better than I am, but I do have a confidence in my mind that I am "ALL THAT". Thanks to the advice on this channel and some others, I am in charge of myself and no one else is running my life, and I am having a great time and on the right path.

To the woman who says her husband wants her to stay home and take care of the kids...DO IT!...Take him up on that offer. When I got pregnant last year, I thought I could pop out this baby and be happy to go back to work. When the baby was born I didn’t want to go back. I cried but I had too because I pay half of the bills and I thought I could have it all and realized I couldn’t. Now my husband and I are working on correcting that. We have a second child coming and I can’t wait to permanently stay home with the kids next year.

The point of this is mother's are best suited to caring for their young. Other people?...not so much.
So the best place for a mother (especially a young mother like Jen) is to BE AT HOME with their own kids.
The rest of us either have our own kids to care for, or are busy with life and NOT concerned with your kids (or Jen's kids for that matter).
I applaud smart women like Jen and her husband for understanding what is best and then actually doing it. You know, walking the talk.

As a caucasian male, I have been blessed to be accepted as a family member in a couple African American families, I've had the privilege of picking some brains of the women of the Big Momma generation.
One of the points I've heard is some accountability of, not being prepared for the time of choice. Choice of either having a man and working together, or not having a man and getting carried financially by Uncle Sam. The conflict of having choice was just that, having choice. According to some women I've spoken to, the newness of having a choice, made them reckless. Reckless in all of their decisions, for their kids as well. Having a man after making a choice, brought fear of accountability. They had said that, making a wrong choice suppresses the judgment of a man, hence "I can do bad all by myself", that's where it comes from. "I don't need no man" is said to come from the shame of knowing they messed up having no man, yet deflecting their strength, which is the S.I.G.N language the Godfather is always talking about.

The South African girl who called about the Bride Price-(aka: iLobolo). The girl and her boyfriend who proposed marriage to her went about things the wrong way altogether. The boy was supposed to go speak to his uncles from his father side of the family first. Then his uncles are supposed to go inform his parents that their son intends to marry a certain woman. Thereafter after a family meeting is held between the boy, his parents and his uncles, where the boy shall be asked about the girl and her family. And also they shall discuss his financial standing with regards to the bride price and if he shall need help with that. Then a letter is written with regards to "bride price negotiations" aka:iLobolo and a question of a probable date for those negotiations. The letter is then hand delivered to the girl's father who must in return cantact one of the boys uncles regarding the date to hold those negotiations. By that time the girl's father has already communicated the message to his own family( e.g: his uncles and brothers especially). Unfortunately here in South Africa these young women were raised by rebellious women who didn't want to adhere to the cultural practices and norms because they were sold the feminist movement story. So they taught their daughters how to be rebellious thereby leaving them ignorant of important things. Here South Africa as a young man if you raise these issues, you'll get cancelled or ganged up on by angry women and get labeled as a "misogynist", "chauvinist", "woman oppressor"...etc

You ask the question at the beginning of the stream "Is it Modern W's fault?"
I personally do not believe it is. Men and W have been told that W's have been oppressed for 120+ years. Over time, W's slowly believed they were oppressed by constantly being told they were, until most of the women who didn't believe they were oppressed, were gone. I recently saw a video from 1976 or so asking W's about F-ism and it's effects and a lot of them still had more "Traditional" values in some aspects, but that is almost 50 years ago at this point. One W spoke about how she feels things are going bad and she is scared for the future (which she predicted because her predictions are happening now, but I do not recall her exact comment, just that she was correct).
When you have 120 years, which means 6 or so generations of W's who have been told they are oppressed, possibly having 3+ Generations of Single Moons, you just start to believe it, the Men will also start to believe it too, causing infighting between men. Men will then label each other based on their preferences, hence "Simps," "Betas," Alphas," etc..
Then over time you start adding that W's deserve more and more, and that Men deserve less and less until you get where we are today where Modern W's will say that male victims of false grapes deserve it for all of the injustice of the past, while simultaneously wanting to castrate all Men based on certain criteria such as castrating all men that are less than 6 feet, tall, have less than 6", are a certain race, etc. Then we see these crazy Modern W's who want to kill all men, blame all men for everything, etc. We also see how crazy and entitled they are to the point where they will destroy their homes, destroy their children, destroy everything for themselves and to feel happy. It's all SELFISHNESS and "ME ME ME ME ME!"
In the end they have been turned into selfish, Narcissistic creatures and they don't even realize what they have become. That's the saddest part about it all... However... It's hard to feel sad when they wont recognize it, and will even argue against it. Not even that, but the fact they will cause so much harm is also something we cannot feel sorry for. Instead, it's time for the world to feel sorry for the men who have been destroyed by these succubi.
The thing is, there are still a small subset of W's today that are "Traditional" in many ways, it is just much more rare than it used to be, and it is ever increasingly becoming rarer.

@Tyler Harris men are victims and women are too… tho I’m a more roundabout way. What Kevin is pointing out happening to modern women- that’s how they’re getting screwed.
Anyway it’s a powerless place to be to think you’re a victim. I never want to be a victim. I wanna be an owner of my life not be a victim.

People need to do the math on a degree program before signing up. It pretty much anyone’s fault who chose poorly on what the cost benefit equation looks like for a particular degree.
Getting a degree with no plan on how to pay for it is dumb. Make choices to maximize the benefits and minimize costs. Engineering, computer science, and similar degrees have a high benefit to cost ratio.

I was raised by a single mother and grandmother. Me and my Sister were both taught not to depend on anyone but ourselves and to take care of any children we had, not marriage.
It’s plenty of men that have no desire to abandon their children but still don’t desire marriage.
Women taught that during feminism from the 70’s till today.
We are the sons they created🤷🏾‍♂️
