    In this video, we explore 6 amazing vitamins that help your body to naturally unclog arteries from unwanted build up, which can help to reduce the risk of heart attacks and strokes. Many people today are depleted of important vitamins and minerals for heart and arterial health due to low quality soil used in farming practices and overuse of fertilizers and pesticides.
    Important heart vitamins like Vitamin D and K2 are low in many people, which can lead to calcium plaques forming in the blood vessels. Cholesterol can also begin to build up in blood vessels and a condition known as atherosclerosis can set in, in blood vessels that are hard and non-flexible, in people are low in vitamin C which is needed for building flexible arteries.
    Clogged arteries and coronary artery disease is a serious health risk and someone everyone needs to take seriously.

    09:55 I've researched that nutritional yeast does not/not contain B12. A great source is however Buckwheat Germ, which provides B12 and other key B vitamins.

    • @HeartDiseaseCode
      @HeartDiseaseCode  ปีที่แล้ว

      Nutritional yeast is often touted as a source of vitamin B12, but it's essential to clarify that not all nutritional yeast products are fortified with B12. Some brands of nutritional yeast are indeed fortified with synthetic vitamin B12, making them a source of this important nutrient, especially for individuals following a vegan or vegetarian diet.
      However, you are correct that there are other food sources of vitamin B12, and buckwheat germ is one such source. Buckwheat germ is a component of whole buckwheat grain and contains not only B12 but also other B vitamins like B6 and folate. Incorporating a variety of foods that naturally contain or are fortified with B12 is a good approach to meeting your dietary needs for this essential vitamin.
      It's worth noting that vitamin B12 is primarily found in animal-derived foods like meat, fish, dairy, and eggs. For individuals following a plant-based diet or who have limited intake of animal products, it's important to carefully plan their diets to ensure they get an adequate supply of vitamin B12, either from fortified foods or supplements, to prevent deficiency. Consulting with a healthcare provider or registered dietitian can help individuals make informed choices regarding B12 sources and supplementation if necessary.

    Can u eat liver spread instead of liver?

    • @HeartDiseaseCode
      @HeartDiseaseCode  ปีที่แล้ว

      If you are looking to incorporate the nutritional benefits of liver into your diet, both liver and liver spread can be options to consider, but it's essential to choose the one that aligns with your dietary preferences and needs. Just remember to maintain a balanced diet that includes a variety of foods to ensure you get a wide range of nutrients.

    • @michaelberman3648
      @michaelberman3648 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You are correct, magnesium is a mineral like potassium, sodium, calcium, selenium yet they may be chelated which dictates where in the body including whether it gets through the blood-brain barrier will depend upon the chelate attached chemically to the metal ion or metaloid ion like selenium. I do know that magnesium does increase the enzymatic catalytic efficacy to about 350 different enzymes in the body and mainly the liver where enough potassium will drive one’s blood pressure down since it affects the kidneys and the angiotensin enzymes that regulate blood pressure. Selenium is required for thyroid T4 to T3 conversion efficiency. Magnesium also acts as a natural calcium channel blocker to also lower blood pressure!

    My dad died at the age of 54 by myocardial infarction. No one I know ate more cabbage or broccoli than he, grown and harvested by his own hand. The fact is: everyone dies regardless. Keep in mind that no matter what you do this is a fact that no one resists.
