      High LDL is okay if your HDL and triglycerides are in check. Don’t worry, LDL is researched to be the new good cholesterol which is very much required for your body to function properly.

    Cholesterol isn’t the enemy. Inflammation and calcium should be focus and determine what the cause root is. Sugars and carbohydrates are a good starting point. Liver saturation of sugar (glucose) needs be researched as this stops absorption of cholesterol after cycle.

      Yes and here's a thing ......macrofages your bodies natural fighters against oxidized small dangerous LDLs.....not all LDL is bad!!!!!!!........well the macrofages are affected by guess what.........omega 6 oils .......and Trans fats !!!!! Then your macrofages can not take care of those bad LDLs and actually the macrifages that are sickly they all get stuck together with a bit of calcium that should not be there but it is because the calcium is uncarboxalated not enough vitamin k2 see......so everything hardens thanks to thar calcium

    Body needs the large ldl, not the small, most doctors don't know the differences!

    • @Kiskassklan
      @Kiskassklan ปีที่แล้ว +2

      LDL is small.
      Smaller, more tightly packed LDL has an easier time getting into arteries. Larger, fluffier particles may be less dangerous. Also, research suggests that a key protein on LDL called apolipoprotein B (apoB) is an important contributor for heart disease risk.

  • @defiletia8838
    @defiletia8838 ปีที่แล้ว +46

    Please tell me why it is actually necessary to reduce (beat on the head) cholesterol, when the phrase "the higher your cholesterol, the longer you will live" has long been proven. Cholesterol is one of the basic and most necessary components of the human body - it is produced by the liver, probably to be treated with statins. 50% of the brain consists of cholesterol - what are you talking about here? Pharmabusiness needs to sell killer statins, that's why the "norm" of cholesterol is still decreasing, it has already dropped from 7.2 years ago to 5 today.
    It is necessary to continue and reduce cholesterol to at least 2-3, so that even newborn babies have to take statins - that will be the real business!
    People's stupidity knows no bounds...

    • @curaxa
      @curaxa  ปีที่แล้ว +15

      While it's true that cholesterol is produced by the liver and serves important functions, excessively high levels of LDL cholesterol can contribute to the development of plaque in the arteries, leading to atherosclerosis and an increased risk of cardiovascular diseases. This is why healthcare professionals often advise managing cholesterol levels, particularly LDL cholesterol, to reduce the risk of heart-related complications.

    • @defiletia8838
      @defiletia8838 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@curaxa That is simply a nonsense!There exists only 1 cholesterol, and no LDL, HDL cholesterol - LDL and HDL are only necessary lipoproteins (yes, both!) and has their function.There is NO need to "manage" LDL lipoproteins!

    • @defiletia8838

      @@ClarisaMartinez-wf8kp
      There is only one type of cholesterol, LDL and HDL are lipoproteins and serve only as carriers of cholesterol - neither is "bad" - both have their role.

    • @defiletia8838
      @defiletia8838 ปีที่แล้ว

      There is only one cholesterol, there is no bad and good cholesterol.
      LDL lipoprotein and HDL lipoprotein are only cholesterol carriers in the blood and both have different purposes - the whole mainstream fairy tale is to fool people and many doctors support it because statins are good business.
