Will it be good to work from office at night shift around 7pm to 3am Actually I have job offer with high payment. I have PCOS issues so is it worth to go for this offer or find another opportunities

@@nikitachavane2597 if offer is good then go for it. Not every night shifter suffers from this. But if you are able to walk 30 min before starting a session or around the middle of work might your pcos problem get resolved.

Please make a schedule for us ,on what we sleep ,on what time we wake up ,on what time take lunch ,on what time take dinner and what time do exercise plzz make schedule 11 pm to 7 am shift plzz
This depends person to person on how body and mind copes and so the schedule should be made mindfully and by the person selves following the biological rhythm. Best wishes
Did you change your job? I developed autoimmune thyroid disease and many gastrointestinal issues after one year of night shifts, it's been two years now. 😕

I believe that night shifts are pointless. Disrupting our natural sleep-wake cycle, or circadian rhythm, serves no purpose. As humans, we are naturally diurnal creatures and are not meant to sleep during the day. Furthermore, in the event of an emergency, response times may not be fast enough. Unfortunately, many people do not survive their illnesses. Ultimately, death is inevitable for all of us. While I could elaborate further, I believe I have made my point.

I don't feel anything whole knight but In T break time 2 to 3 am felt so sleepy like If someone gives me a pillow, I'll sleep there on the spot ,that one hour I struggle,although I must have to consume I cup of cofee is really helping to stay awake ,but that one hour is like fire test for me lol,. but let's see these tips help me today or not

Ma'am I have variable shifts .In a month I have 7 night shifts and 7 shifts from 6 am to 2 pm and 7 shifts of 2pm to 10 pm .and another 7 of 9 am to 6 pm .it's getting very hard for me to get used to sleep timings especially the week after night shift I'm not able to sleep at night but I need to get up for work at 6 am . please suggest how to manage i have gained weight and also my body feels like there is a muscle weekness and I'm not having good appetite as well .my periods are coming early and my eyes are burning even I have good day-sleep

Before i used to eat 5Rs packet snacks but i detected just beginning of non alcoholic fatty liver. So, now i want to turn towards vegetable and fruits. Even in dinner. Wants to cut down carbs..... Before any precautions, try to switch for any day shift job if possible cause you might can decrease the problems but can’t completely eliminate it.
