Testing Cheap $2 Chrome Paint - Vallejo/Testors/Humbrol - Who Is The Winner ??

For this test I'm trying out super cheap $2 chrome paint from well known brands. Vallejo, Testors and Humbrol. I didn't expect much here as I believe these are chrome paint in name only. But I was a bit shocked as to who won this and the winner is easily worth your $2.
