      At one point in time, I was eating 12 out of 17 of these foods regularly and saw no omprovements in my skin.
      It's bogus for me or maybe I needed to implement 17 more anti-aging secrets.

    I am 50. Moisturizing the skin is the key. After a shower, as a child I used to use Vaseline on my skin. Now I use shea butter.

    I have greatly cut down on dairy food and have noticed a reduction in breakouts. I'm a vegetarian trying to go vegan only dairy and eggs are already in so many foods. When you're busy it is not easy to always cook from scratch but, I ought to make more effort. What a good straightforward video. XX

    I love to realise that all these foods have become present in my meals this year. I reduced quite a lot dairy and meat tough, after reading a lot about it from both media and specialists. I feel better, I look better and lost 6 kg in last 4 months without even meaning to. Wish all people became more conscious about nutrients and how important real food is for our body

    Eating all of those foods,lots of water, and some kind of workout plan that could be a 30 minute walk ,no red meats it works for me .drink less alcohol as possible.

      I'm 30 and discovered my wrinkles 2 years ago. I was shocked to find out that, collagen can start decreasing 1% each year as early as 25. Now I'm determined to find every anti-aging secret

      Just had oatmeal with honey this morning and as an Italian I eat tomatoes and olive oil all the time!
      My favourite fruit happens to be oranges.
      But I eat most everything else on this list at least once or twice a week.

    Water!!!!! I drink about two cases every five days! I'm 62 and people think I'm in my mid to upper 40's! Yup genes help too!

    Love them stuffed peppers. Especially red and yellow. Nits are great as a snack. Blueberries and raspberries are great in yogurt and oatmeal.

    Thankfully I have some of these great whole foods in my kitchen and make sure I always do. At age 71, I hardly have a wrinkle and still have smooth glowing skin. This is also partly genetic as my late paternal grandmother also had beautiful unlined skin into her late 80s when she passed away. Stay out of the noon day sun, protect your skin, don't smoke which is about the worst thing one can do and drink plenty of H20 and herbal teas instead of toxic sugar and chemical laden sodas! Thanks for sharing, love whole plant foods, fresh organic vegetables and fruits and fatty fish since I Iive near the sea in beautiful New England! The produce dept., my home away from home since I boycott the center aisles unless I need cat food, a water filter, household items.

      I don't smoke, but like 80% of males in my country smoke in public places/everywhere around other non-smokers....
      So we could accidentally inhale the smoke when we're trapped in the same place as them.

    All I use on my skin for years is "Olive Oil" my grandma who was from Italy in the 1900's and came her in the 20's told me to use it on my skin...and I am 74 and my skin looks great even the Dermatologist say....just keep using the Olive Oil...and I do...sometimes...I will use Eucerine or Nivea...I have been using olive oil for decades

      Victoria it has a superb effect on the skin from what I remember! It is just beautiful on my hair. Due to the possible mess I never use for my skin now but shall just try. I love Nivea on my skin too!

    If you want to eat healthy food to be healthy and feel good that's perfect, but if you're 50, 60, 80... just age gracefully. A beauty routine is fine but don't try to look 20 if you're 40 or 60. People do all sort of things to look younger, even go through very painful procedures to end up looking like clowns. Those enormous lips and cheeks and that amount of botox make you look like a freak, not younger. People look their best when they own their age and when they feel comfortable in their own skin. A woman who is 60 and looks 60, maybe a bit makeup if she feels like it... now that's a beautiful woman right there.

    Olive oil has one Omega 3 to 8 Omega 6 ratio. Not as bad as modern oils, just slightly inflammatory. Ideal is 1to 1 radio.

    Guys, believe this or not, our Indonesian traditional foods Tempe/Tempeh and Tahu/Tofu are very very very good for your 'Anti-aging foods'. They made from fermented soybeans. Try it.

    I eat smoked salmon, fresh salmon, and canned tuna regularly, and tons of nuts too, but not regularly.

    Olive oil doesn’t contain a lot of omega-3-fatty-acids, it contains more of the omega-6-fatty-acids but overall it has other nice properties for your health such as antioxidants. If you’d like to consume foods with a lot of omega-3-fatty acids you should eat seafood or flaxseed oil :)

    I eat half of these on the regular. I have no wrinkles but do have dark circles due to lack of sleep and I digest a lot of sugar cause of my coffee habit.

    Good video, but I don't think you need to slather chemical sunscreens on every inchof body. Vitamin D is anti aging.

    Only a very poor diet will age you early, all other foods will keep you looking as you should but there is no cure for aging, the best thing to do is accept your getting older and make the best of what you have and be grateful you reached that age, many don't!

    They can be use to as intake and externally use
    Pomegranate is a v useful full

    Anyone know how much tomato puree to take each day for healthy less wrinkled skin and, is it detrimental if you take too much? I have heard it is not very good if you already have painfull chronic arthritis.
